Any citizen of People's Republic of China (PRC) who is law-abiding, has a college degree or above majoring in engineering technology or engineering economics, and meets one of the following conditions, may apply for the qualification examination of supervision engineer.

Graduated from technical secondary school (including technical secondary school) majoring in engineering technology or engineering economy before 1 and 1970 (including 1970);
