Since the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Standardizing the Development of Off-campus Training Institutions, most off-campus training institutions have strictly implemented relevant management regulations and carried out training activities according to law. However, it has recently been found that some training institutions are still unqualified and unlicensed to carry out training activities, and some training institutions induce parents to pay high training fees at one time by means of recharge discounts, buy more and send more.
In order to avoid the economic losses caused by "collecting money and running away" and "difficult to refund fees" of training institutions, parents are reminded to pay attention to the following matters when choosing training institutions and paying training fees for their children:
First, choose qualified formal training institutions for training.
If you want to choose a training institution for your child, you must first determine whether this institution has relevant qualifications. Regular off-campus training institutions must hold certificates such as the License for Running a Private School, the Business License for Industry and Commerce or the Registration Certificate for Private Non-enterprise Units, and post them in a prominent position in the training place to carry out training business according to the training items on the approved school license.
Second, don't pay too many overdue fees at one time.
Please don't blindly listen to the promise of sales promotion or discount, and don't pay the training fee for more than 3 months or 60 class hours at one time, so as to avoid the economic losses caused by the closure or evasion of training institutions. If the training institution charges you a one-time training fee of more than 3 months or 60 class hours, please complain to the local market supervision department or the education administrative department in time.
Third, properly keep all contracts and invoices.
When signing a training contract, we should try our best to choose the "Off-campus Training Service Contract for Primary and Secondary School Students (Model)" jointly issued by the Ministry of Education and the State Administration of Market Supervision. When choosing other contract formats, please read the terms of the contract carefully and check the training content, quality commitment, training period, charging standard and refund method item by item. Payment can only be made after signing the contract, and a formal invoice or receipt is required. Contract texts, bills and other materials should be properly kept as proof of rights protection.
