During my internship, I benefited a lot and gained many experiences that I never had in school, mainly as follows:
First, work in life, live in work, be willing to be ordinary and willing to contribute.
The police station is a grass-roots public security organ, which usually deals with the people the most, and most of them are ordinary people. Usually, the works about the police often seen in film and television dramas are difficult detectives. In the play, we admire the bravery and wisdom of the police. Many people, including me, think it is mysterious without really contacting the police station. However, when I really walked into the police station and took over the specific affairs, I realized that the description on TV was only an idealization of Sherlock Holmes. In fact, being a policeman is really tiring. Summarized in one sentence: an extraordinary day for ordinary people.
In the police station, in addition to normal contact with the police during the day, we should also go to the community to understand the dynamics of grassroots social security, receive visits from ordinary people, mediate disputes, and investigate and collect evidence for illegal and criminal acts. In the dead of night, we have to go out for night patrol, and we can't let go of every corner of the jurisdiction. Especially when others are sleeping and we are patrolling, I understand why the people's police are called the people's guards in the song, and I also understand that ensuring the safety of one party is not just a slogan, but a selfless action. In the development zone police station, many policemen give up their vacations because of their busy work, and always stick to the front line of work. At any time, their enthusiasm for work is always positive and full, and they treat people with civilization and courtesy. All these impressed me deeply with the rudeness of the police. Working in life and living in work is a true portrayal of the staff of the police station. I think a person's good state sometimes doesn't need individuals to distinguish between work and life, just as happiness and pain are just different ideas of individuals. As an intern, I try my best to cater to the rhythm and way of this kind of work and actively assist the police in the police station to carry out their work. Being a good person, doing good deeds, doing my job well, being willing to be ordinary and willing to contribute, this is the first harvest of my internship. Don't practice for the sake of practice.
Second, start from scratch and learn by doing.
Internship, as its name implies, is learning while doing. After three years' study of legal theory in university, when I first set foot on the internship post, I had great ambitions to show my talents and ambitions. However, a simple theft story completely shattered my arrogant idea. One day, a simple theft record was completed with the patient help of the instructor after many revisions. When taking notes for people, because I only have some theoretical knowledge, and taking notes requires the accumulation of life and the skills of asking questions, I do it intermittently and I don't know how to continue. At this time, I really realized that police work is a work with strong policy and high legal requirements, which requires continuous learning and constant updating of knowledge. Therefore, in the following internship, I did not forget to review the courses I learned, while practicing, while improving my knowledge structure, while handling cases, actively consulting the legal provisions and legal requirements related to cases, and putting the legal theories I learned in school into practice; At the same time, I learned from leaders and police officers, and learned a lot of police professional knowledge, handling ideas, questioning skills and the art of doing police work that books can't learn, thus improving my own quality in an all-round way.
Third, learn to associate with people and learn from them.
Graduation practice is not only an internship, but also a rehearsal before going to work after graduation. "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." For me, a short and substantial internship for more than one month is a bridge from school life to social life.
Liang, an important experience in life, is also an important step, which is also very helpful for future work. Some basic principles of life, such as asking for advice with an open mind, learning civilized communication, observing the rules and regulations of organizations and units, should be conscientiously implemented in real life, and good habits should also be cultivated in real life. During my internship in the police station, most of the experience and knowledge I learned came from the guidance of leaders and policemen, which is a valuable asset in my life. This internship also made me deeply realize that it is very important to maintain a good working relationship with colleagues in the course of work. "Together, its profits will be cut off." During my internship, I really benefited from harmonious interpersonal relationships. To do things, we must first learn to be a man and be honest, so that we can do things in a down-to-earth manner. How to get along with people is the most basic problem in modern society. For a person who is about to enter the society, there are many things to learn. The police in the police station are my best teachers. During my internship, I learned a lot from the staff of the police station. As the saying goes, "A threesome must have a teacher."
Although I only studied in the police station for more than three months, I basically completed the required internship tasks according to the regulations and internship outline of the college. This short internship experience will definitely have a great impact on my future study and work. It lets me know what kind of work I will be engaged in after graduating from college, and what is the nature of the work I may be engaged in. It also makes clear the direction for my future study, so that I can concentrate on strengthening extracurricular study and make full use of the learning resources in college to enrich myself and improve my comprehensive quality. I hope this internship in the police station is a good start for us to go to the society and connect with reality, so that we can go further in our future study and work and achieve more impressive results!

After coming to the special police brigade of Weihai Public Security Bureau for more than a month, the uninterrupted physical training and security tasks made me understand the obscurity and indispensability of special police work, which once again enriched my work experience and made my life direction clear. In the United States Military Academy at West Point, the most important code of conduct pursued for hundreds of years is "no excuses", which strengthens every student to try his best to complete any task, instead of making excuses for not completing the task, even if it seems reasonable. It embodies a responsible professionalism, an obedient and honest attitude and a perfect execution ability. And these excellent qualities are exactly what we focus on in training.
In life, everyone plays an identity and a role. Now that I have assumed the role of special police, I will take on all the responsibilities that special police need without hesitation, without making excuses or delaying. In particular, the work assigned by the organization should be carried out to the letter, because it is your own responsibility and something you should do well.
I think "loyalty" is a more valuable accomplishment than "ability". In today's society, work is not only a means to make a living, but also a carrier to realize one's ideals and ambitions and reflect one's self-worth. Embracing loyalty and doing a good job in duty support tasks is not only loyalty to the country and organization, but also loyalty to self. To do this, we should regard the work of the special police as an important part of our life, care with our heart, share joys and sorrows, and enjoy the fun of the special police life by completing one task after another.
Physical training has given me a deeper understanding of the profession of special police, exercised my strong physique and honed my strong will. Running is a big physical training project, and it is also the hardest, but it embodies a kind of perseverance. When I first started training, I basically ran more than ten laps every day, and ran 3 thousand on the playground at six in the morning, sprinting and doing push-ups. At this time, persistence requires not only physical strength, but also perseverance. Only with the support of strong endurance, the idea of being lazy will be thrown out of the cloud nine, complete the training task and run to the finish line. Under the tempering of training and exercise programs such as climbing mountains, running, clenching fists and push-ups. Even during the training period, the captain personally practiced and led the team members to run long-distance races and climb mountains, which undoubtedly did not give us invisible encouragement and pressure, and made us understand the importance of life. As long as we firmly believe that "persistence is victory", we can challenge ourselves, break through ourselves and achieve ourselves. It is because of persistence that we have accomplished one training goal after another. Every industry, every field, and even every life, success is inseparable from persistence, which is particularly important in our tough public security team.
The life of the special police is simple and ordinary. There is no brilliant performance of the criminal police, no heavy work of investigation, no boring and repetitive physical training, and no unknown patrol security task. This may not be the same as our ideal in the police academy, but when I came here, I understood the importance and indispensability of the special police work. We look unremarkable, but our shoulders are strong. Busy physical training makes us a living force ready to fight at any time. We seem to be doing nothing, but we are tenacious inside. The well-organized training life has shaped our unknown character. The capable image of the special police is deeply impressed in my heart. Usually strict with yourself, always pay attention to the image of special police.
In the limited training time, learn unlimited knowledge, carry forward the offensive and defensive spirit of "don't abandon, don't give up", cultivate yourself to persevere, break through your nature, improve your physical fitness, and strive to become a special police officer who "attacks, defends, lives, fights and wins". Strict training has forged our indomitable character. We are responsible for our own safety, the people, the party and the country.

The one-month professional internship is over. Looking back on this month's life, I feel a lot and gain a lot. Because I have experienced a life and learned a job.
Going out of school, from school groups to social groups, you need to adapt a lot and learn more. Although the internship in the unit is only a daily visit, the visit is not a tour, so we should abide by the customs and habits of the places visited, respect the leaders and instructors of the internship units, actively learn from the internal institutions of various departments of Baotou Municipal Government, and be familiar with the work processes of various departments. The most important thing is to study, compare the professional theoretical knowledge I have learned with the actual situation, and deepen the theoretical knowledge in practice. Although it is only a grass-roots unit, the police station in xx Town, xx County, Guizhou Province is the epitome of law enforcement departments in China. "The sparrow is small and complete." The work of the police station is no bigger than that of the central department, but the work items are no less than that of the central department. There is no less truth to learn in the police station than in the central government; Similarly, I got a lot of exercise as an intern in the police station. The police station is the most basic local law enforcement agency in China's law enforcement system, which has extensive, direct and close ties with the broad masses of farmers. Therefore, it has become a link and bridge between the people and the organs of state power.
During this month's internship, I not only learned all kinds of office knowledge, but also learned the truth of dealing with people. Be a man. In China, a big cultural country with high connotation, you should behave appropriately and handle interpersonal relationships well, so that your work can be carried out smoothly. First of all, be modest and prudent, especially for beginners. We lack practical work experience, and we are not as good as our colleagues in the office in doing things and dealing with problems. So keep a learning attitude towards your work, so that your talents can be appreciated and reused by the leaders. Second, be informal. This society is a fair society. What you gain, you lose. Don't complain about anything You should think more about yourself. In fact, many problems are on yourself, so you should reflect on yourself more and improve your professional ability and quality. This is the last sentence. The third is to communicate with people. Interpersonal relationships are gradually established. In the process of communicating with others, we can not only help each other, but also get to know various departments, which is also conducive to improving our position in the hearts of others.
After all, we are still interns at school. In the face of strange environment and strange teachers, our most basic point is sincerity. Sincerity can be a smile, a greeting and a look, but it has the magical power to break the barrier between people. This is also a communication skill between people.
Do things. Everyone doesn't want to do a boring and hard thing, especially some college students who have just left school. They feel very capable and feel wronged to do things like cleaning. Actually, it's not. Some trivial things such as cleaning, serving tea and pouring water are only temporary, and this is also a learning process. When I first arrived in a department, I couldn't master other jobs, so I had to learn slowly. You can't be afraid of hard work when you first join the job, because your qualifications and conditions don't allow you to be at leisure. When you really do one thing well, you are truly qualified to do higher things. I didn't know anything when I first came to practice, but once I started doing it slowly, I gradually understood and mastered the work and gained a lot of fun from it. I think most jobs should be like this. Don't give up easily, maybe the gains and achievements are just around the corner.
What we do is not how much we do, how simple it is, but how we do it. Some people say, "It is not easy to do simple things well, and it is extraordinary to do ordinary things well." It is this truth to start with the simple and do the simple well.
We must work hard at work, do more things to understand the work situation, and put ourselves into the work, so as to better complete the work tasks and gain the trust of the leaders. Talking less means talking less about unimportant things, not talking about things that are not conducive to unity and stability, handling work with a cautious and responsible attitude, gaining the trust of colleagues and laying a good foundation for work.
Good at thinking, diligent in thinking and proactive in work. The daily work in the office is more complicated, and gradually it will feel boring, which requires us to use our brains flexibly, and sometimes we will get unexpected gains by changing our working methods. But compared with us now, we are still a college student with shallow experience and narrow knowledge, so we have not been able to understand and contact a lot of knowledge and skills. If you encounter something you can't do, you should take the initiative to ask the teacher. Don't miss a good opportunity to learn because you are shy or timid.
Although this short internship is over, I haven't really stepped into the threshold of society. Through practice, I have come into contact with the practical work related to my major in social practice, enhanced my perceptual knowledge, cultivated and exercised our ability to comprehensively apply the basic theories, basic skills and professional knowledge we have learned, and independently analyze and solve practical problems. The combination of theory and practice has improved our practical ability and laid a certain foundation for us to go to work after graduation. I will learn from this internship, pursue progress, improve myself and surpass myself. I will be more determined and work harder.
Through a month's internship, what I learned in school can be applied to practice. At the same time, I have gained some things in practice that I can't learn in class. A month's internship will be my precious wealth, which will have a great influence on my future study and work. By independently completing or participating in the work arranged by the instructor in the internship, we can consolidate professional knowledge, improve practical skills, enrich practical work and social experience, and master operational skills, so as to achieve the purpose of applying what we have learned to practical work.
We are very grateful to the school, instructors and internship units for providing us with this internship opportunity, so that we can walk out of the school gate and step into the society, see with our eyes and listen with our ears, and truly feel our major. This is of great guiding significance to us and also provides great help for our future study. I believe that after this internship, we have a further understanding and experience of the administrative management major. At the same time, it strengthened our faith. We see that the society needs and lacks administrative personnel, and the prospects of administrative personnel are also very broad. We will not live up to the teacher's help and guidance, and will study hard for professional knowledge and strive for greater progress in the future. Thank my dear classmates for accompanying me, playing and practicing together in Baotou. Let's work hard and make progress together in the new school year!
