In addition, guests need different desserts and what kind of wine to match, and the bartender needs to give reasonable recommendations. Professional certification:

The qualifications of bartenders are divided into three levels: junior bartenders (professional level 5), intermediate bartenders (professional level 4), senior bartenders (professional level 3), technician bartenders (professional level 2) and senior technician bartenders (professional 1 level).

There are more authoritative certification bodies in China: the Vocational Skills Appraisal Bureau and the Ministry of Labor (the only recognized professional skills appraisal institution in China).

The scope of personnel implementing vocational qualification certificates includes the following three categories:
