The consequence of teachers being complained by 12345 is that they may be subject to administrative punishment. Complaining to the local education department is generally called the education commission, the education bureau or the education and sports bureau. Teachers are the responsibility of the administrative department of education. If the report is true, it should be punished. If it is not true and there is no evidence, it depends on the school regulations. The problem is so serious that the teacher may be replaced. The punishment type is:

(1) warning;

According to Article 37 of the Teacher Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if a teacher is under any of the following circumstances, he shall be given administrative sanctions or dismissed by his school, other educational institutions or the administrative department of education:

(four) in the enrollment, examination, evaluation, professional title evaluation, teaching and scientific research, practicing fraud, favoritism;

(five) corporal punishment or corporal punishment in disguised form in an insulting or discriminatory way, causing physical and mental harm to students;

(six) sexual harassment of students or proper relationship with students;

(seven) in violation of the provisions of the parents and students to ask for or accept property;

(eight) organize or participate in business activities for students, or force students to order supplementary materials, newspapers and periodicals for profit;

(9) Organizing and requiring students to attend paid remedial classes inside and outside the school, or organizing and participating in paid remedial classes for students in off-campus training institutions;

(ten) other serious violations of professional ethics should be punished accordingly.

Article 7 Teachers shall be punished according to the following authorities:

(a) warning and demerit, public school teachers by the school, the school in charge of education departments to decide. Teachers in private schools are determined by their schools and reported to the competent education department for the record.

(two) to reduce the level of professional and technical posts, to revoke professional and technical posts or administrative posts, the school where the teacher is located shall make suggestions, and the school education department shall decide and report to the personnel department at the same level for the record.

(three) dismissal, dismissal of public school teachers, the school put forward suggestions, the school's competent education department decided, and reported to the personnel department at the same level for the record; Teachers in private schools or teachers who are not included in the establishment management shall be decided by their schools to terminate the employment contract and reported to the competent education department for the record.
