From the fifth day, the cleaning supervisor will arrange practical training for all positions in the department, and the old employees in relevant positions will be responsible for the training, and each position will last for 2-3 days. After the actual operation training, the cleaning supervisor will organize the relevant content examination, and those who fail the examination will be dismissed. The cleaning supervisor should also assess the new employees according to their work conditions, and report the assessment results and job evaluation to the Human Resources Department for filing.
Training content
1, safe operation methods and precautions of cleaning machinery, relevant safety standard operating procedures training related safety cleaning operating procedures. The cleaning supervisor is responsible for safety training and invites relevant personnel to participate if necessary. Safety training shall be conducted once every quarter, and each training time shall be no less than 2 hours.
2, property management knowledge training, to participate in the company unified arrangement of special property management knowledge training and property management ISO9002 quality system knowledge training. Property management knowledge training is arranged at least once every six months, and each training time is not less than 2 hours. Participate in the unified assessment organized by the company after training.
