1 Set training objectives and contents.
Training requirements and objectives for the first two weeks: (1) Be familiar with the working environment, accurately master the disinfection and isolation system and the concentration, preparation method and precautions of all disinfectants; (2) Master the basic requirements and quality of nurses in infectious diseases department, and be familiar with the working system, workflow and responsibilities of each class in infectious diseases ward; (3) Understand the isolation types, methods, measures, various operating procedures and terminal disinfection contents of other infectious diseases, master the relevant contents of occupational protection and classified treatment of medical wastes, and be competent for nursing work independently.
Training requirements and objectives after 2 weeks: (1) Understand the treatment, nursing and health education of epidemic hemorrhagic fever and other infectious diseases, and be competent for nursing independently. (2) master the writing of various nursing documents, and put forward nursing problems and effective nursing measures according to the psychological activities, symptoms and signs of patients during hospitalization; (3) According to the "three basics" training requirements, pass the examination item by item.
2. Choose teachers to teach.
Choosing teachers with good quality as clinical teachers directly affects the physical and mental development and teaching effect of new nurses.
3. Implement the training plan
3. 1 Carefully organize pre-job training of departments, get familiar with the environment as soon as possible, eliminate psychological pressure, strictly abide by various rules and regulations, understand the division of two channels in the ward, and define the concepts of polluted area, semi-polluted area and clean area. Explain the importance and characteristics of infectious disease nursing, and designate excellent teachers to take the initiative to care for them in life and study, so that they can integrate into the collective life of infectious diseases department as soon as possible.
3.2 Strengthen the concept of disinfection and isolation and self-protection of new nurses: all new nurses in infectious diseases department have strange, fearful and nervous psychology, and the teaching teacher should explain to them the characteristics, treatment, nursing, disinfection and isolation, standardized prevention and self-protection of infectious diseases. For example, people should wear isolation gown, masks and hats when entering polluted areas or contacting patients, and change them every day; Before and after aseptic operation, after touching each patient or handling patients' articles, six-step washing method should be used for disinfection and washing to avoid cross-infection. Wear gloves when contacting with secretions or blood of patients or when possible; In addition, let the new nurses know about disinfection. Therefore, new nurses can combine the knowledge of disinfection and isolation learned in school with practical work, which not only strengthens their own concept of disinfection and isolation, but also enables them to quickly adapt to the specific environment of infection department.
3.3 Ask questions in the morning meeting: List common clinical cases, adopt the heuristic method based on questions, and use the morning meeting for daily question-and-answer activities. When the head nurse arranges shifts on weekends, she arranges a question on the shift schedule every day, reads the information in advance and gets ready. For example, what are the clinical manifestations of epidemic hemorrhagic fever, what are the key points of nursing, and what should be paid attention to in diet. Facing every question, the new nurse will answer it first, and the incomplete one will be supplemented by the teaching teacher. Frequently answering questions is helpful to improve the language conception, organization and expression ability of new nurses, make their communication with patients more natural, and is conducive to the implementation of health education.
3.4 Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and improving the learning quality of new nurses: The teaching teacher should make appropriate adjustments to the teaching plan and teach students in accordance with their aptitude according to the qualifications, psychology, personality and acceptance of new nurses. For junior college students with strong receptive ability, we should focus on cultivating their clinical comprehensive ability and critical thinking ability, while for secondary school students with poor receptive ability, we should focus on cultivating their work initiative, practical ability and knowledge application ability. In the operation, we should "let go, don't watch, don't do, and don't teach", and strictly check, so that new nurses can know what they know and why, and improve the learning quality.
3.5 Strict assessment: Strict assessment is the basis for ensuring quality. Regular business study and assessment in the department can continuously improve the comprehensive ability of new nurses to care for infectious diseases. The head nurse, the teaching teacher and the new nurse * * * make an assessment plan and reach a consistent goal. Operation test every Friday afternoon, theory test every Wednesday afternoon. The head nurse and related teachers will supervise the grading, record the relevant contents of each exam in detail, evaluate and analyze the exam results, and constantly strengthen them until they are proficient. Give affirmation and praise to every progress made by new nurses, so that they can eliminate their nervousness and find their sense of self-satisfaction, thus stimulating their interest in learning and constantly improving their professional level and skills.
3.6 Pay attention to the training of new nurses' emergency ability: organize new nurses to study emergency risk plans carefully, be familiar with the procedures and methods of dealing with various emergencies, conduct simulated scenario training on various emergency, dangerous and heavy rescue procedures, deepen their impressions, strictly assess and improve their rescue skills for critically ill patients.
