This method is similar to role-playing, but not exactly the same. Simulation training method pays more attention to the training of operation skills and agility. brainstorming method
Brainstorming is an effective way to stimulate each other's ideas and creative thinking. It can give full play to the creativity of each participant and provide more and better solutions to problems.
Use brainstorming to define only one topic and clarify the problem to be solved. Organize participants together and freely put forward suggestions or schemes to solve problems. Neither the organizer nor the participants can comment on other people's suggestions and plans. Afterwards, collect the opinions of all participants and send them to all participants. Then, the repeated and obviously unreasonable schemes are eliminated, and the schemes with vague contents are restated. Organize all participants to evaluate each feasible scheme one by one and select the best scheme.
