What we are looking at is a general range, which is relatively rough and has a large deviation. New site development is also called real estate secondary market. Planning work is divided into two stages, pre-product positioning and post-marketing planning. Let's talk about the pre-positioning of products: after getting the land, we should do market research according to relevant indicators.
