Firstly, the core business before Hand is implemented in Oracle ERP. At present, I heard that Hande's internal business department is being reorganized, and its core business is also expanding in other directions (such as supply chain finance, but I personally feel that the name is bigger than the reality).
Let's talk about Hande's ERP implementation business (Oracle/SAP/MAS implementation). At present, the overall ERP implementation market in China is close to saturation. Hande is the highest level among the domestic implementers, but the gap is not small compared with the top five. I mainly introduce Hande to you from four aspects: bargaining power with customers, implementation level, employee benefits and cultural atmosphere.
(1) bargaining power: If Hande can grab orders from the top five, the most important reason is the low price, which is also a common means for domestic ERP implementers. Of course, on the other hand, one of the ways to earn money by low quotation is to squeeze employees (overtime).
(2) Scheme level: the implementation of Oracle (I have been an Oracle implementation consultant, so I won't describe the mas system independently developed by SAP and Hande). At least 50% of the functions of the projects I contact will be redeveloped. The high degree of secondary development, on the one hand, shows the consultant's scheme level, on the other hand, it also shows that R&D consultants will be very hard. I talked to a senior (a senior consultant of another ERP implementation company in China) before. He disdained that Hande's low price and secondary development strategy messed up the ERP implementation market. Although it is exaggerated, it also illustrates some problems.
(3) Employee benefits: It took about two and a half years to train in Hande after graduation and two and a half years to leave. Objectively speaking, my performance should be regarded as A or A+ among my colleagues in the same period. The basic salary is about 7-8K (not to mention the actual amount), and the employee's business trip allowance is one day in 80 yuan. There are two round-trip air tickets every month, and no round-trip air ticket can give 800 yuan a discount. The meal supplement on weekdays is 15-20, so if I travel on business, it is my salary, which is basically 7000+80 * 30+1600+21*15 =11. (live, live. After graduating from college, the basic salary should be around 5-6 K.
(4) Corporate culture:
A/ Project culture: All employees work on a project basis, and when they enter the customer's office, there will be 3-20 people or 1 person. The teams and team leaders I have contacted are good, and people are easy to get along with, and there is no intrigue.
B/ Overtime: Every project will basically work overtime. Some projects take overtime as the basic requirement. In some projects, the standard to measure the quality of a consultant is not the timeliness and effectiveness of your work, but whether you work overtime late. This overtime culture is very bad.
C/ Leaders: Some leaders only care about the project and performance, and don't care about the health of employees. In fact, they still mean working overtime.
These are the basic opinions at hand (based on Oracle implementation consultant)
Let me talk about my subjective feelings first, and I will talk about my thoughts:
1. Some people come to Hande as consultants, and their idea is that they can travel and fly around. If they hold this idea, then don't come. -"this is a pretentious idea, and it is not appropriate to go anywhere.
I think Hande's salary is so high-"Really, to tell the truth, the salary is not high."
I want to leave Hande for two main reasons:
(1) always works overtime, and the company's quotation to customers is low. In order to make money, we can only reduce investment, and the biggest cost weight of investment lies in the cost of consultants, so squeezing consultants and letting the least people do the most work is the core way for Hande to reduce costs and obtain profits. So overtime is inevitable. When you feel that you don't have to work overtime after all the work is finished, you will go to another project that needs to continue to work overtime. Even if you work overtime and the leaders don't think there is a problem, you will have a deep understanding of the nature of the so-called capitalist in university political economy;
(2) Future career development: If I had joined the business ten years earlier, I would have continued to implement ERP, but now I am a little late. What will you do in the future? Either become a senior consultant in his forties and travel frequently. I don't think this is what you want. Either transfer to Party A, or stay in the company as a leader, but there are only a few pits for leadership, one radish and one pit, you know. The future development direction of ERP consultants is a bit narrow, and I feel that the road is getting narrower and narrower.
So I chose to leave.
Regarding the future direction, the Internet is the general trend now. I turned to be a product manager here. As for what a product manager does, I can download it. That's what I'm talking about. If you want to know more, you can trust me privately.
