2. Check the power switch, tightness of saw blade, saw blade protection device or safety baffle in detail. The operating table must be stable, and there should be enough illumination brightness when working at night.
3. Turn on the main switch before use, try it several times with no load, and start it after it is confirmed to be safe.
4. Before operation, it is necessary to check whether the power supply is consistent with the conventional rated voltage of 220VA on electric tools, so as to avoid connecting the power supply of 380VA by mistake.
Second, the cutting work
1. The power cord must be safe and reliable. No pulling without permission. Be careful with the power cord, don't be cut off. Before use, the performance of the equipment must be carefully checked to ensure that all components are in good condition.
2. Wear appropriate work clothes, do not wear loose work clothes, do not wear jewelry or have long hair, and do not wear gloves and cuffs without buttons.
3. When cutting, the operator must deviate from the front of the grinding wheel and wear protective glasses.
4. It is forbidden to use the existing damaged grinding wheel. When cutting, sparks should be prevented from splashing and away from inflammable and explosive materials.
5. When clamping the workpiece, it should be clamped stably and firmly, and the protective cover must be installed correctly. After clamping, it should be idling for inspection, and there should be no jitter and abnormal sound.
6. When replacing a new saw blade or grinding wheel, don't use too much force to lock the nut to prevent the saw blade or grinding wheel from cracking.
7. Hold the handle of the cutting machine firmly to cut vertically and evenly, and the fixed end should be firm and reliable.
8. When the saw blade is not stopped, don't release any hand or raise your arm from the saw or workpiece.
9. Don't operate when the protective cover is not in place, and don't put your hands within 0/5cm of the saw blade. Don't lean over or bypass the sawing machine. It is advisable to lean 45 degrees when operating.
10. If there is any abnormal sound, stop the inspection immediately; Before repairing or replacing accessories, you must cut off the power supply and wait for the saw blade to stop completely.
1 1. When using a cutting machine to work in a wet place, you must stand on an insulating mat or a dry wooden board. Safety protection measures must be taken when climbing or using in explosion-proof and other dangerous areas.
12. If the equipment shakes or has other faults, it should be stopped immediately for repair. It is forbidden to work with illness and drink. Do not wear gloves when operating. If dust is generated during operation, please wear a mask or face mask.
13. After treatment, turn off the power supply and clean the equipment and surrounding area.
