When will robot contest, a Beijing teenager, start?
On February 2nd, the Beijing Youth robot contest, co-sponsored by the Municipal Association for Science and Technology and Tongzhou District, kicked off. The contest attracted more than 3,000 applicants, and 285 teams and 825 students entered the finals. The first robot intelligent engineering challenge was set up in the competition, and students staged a "man-machine war" between remote-controlled robots and automatic robots.

In a square playground more than two meters wide, the manual remote control car and the automatic car each occupy a corner, showing a diagonal position. In the center of the venue, there are rows of cups. The score of each cup is different. Within two minutes, the car that gets more points from the cup wins.

"Three, two, one, go!" With the referee's order, Pan Yanzhou of China Children's Center, the automatic car brought by Bao and the manual car attached to Jiaotong University rushed to the center of the venue at the same time. Pan Yanzhou's car first pocketed the cup with the highest score and quickly transported it back to the warehouse. In the next few rounds, Pan Yanzhou's car was successfully shipped back to three cups and got 200 points, while his opponent didn't get a point.

According to the on-site referee, the robot intelligent engineering challenge mainly examines students' ability to master and program algorithms, design and build mechanical structures, adapt to the scene and resist pressure in confrontation.
