How do small companies implement "6s" management?
The management system is not divided into large and small companies. It should be said that small companies have fewer people and are easier to implement.

6s management is widely practiced by domestic companies (mainly large enterprises), but many of them are similar in shape but not in spirit, with 6s image and no 6s god.

6s must know which six aspects will develop in this direction when implementing, such as tracking management, marking, owning tracking and wireframe. It may feel a bit rigid to consciously follow this point when doing it, but this is the way to use these terms. Will there be a small place with too much space, because a little more things will cross the line, and so on? When it's okay, everyone feels redundant. In other words, if this place is standardized, such accidents may be avoided. This is also for employees. To really cultivate good 6s habits, it is still necessary for the minority to drive the majority, start training some people, and then supervise each other and lead the whole company. The most important thing is to realize that this is not a site management for 6s, but a corporate culture and working atmosphere. When 6s becomes a habit, implementation is successful.
