Before working independently, special operators must have special theoretical study on safety technology and practical training suitable for this type of work.

Evaluation application form

Personnel participating in the qualification examination for safe operation of special operations shall fill in the assessment application form, and the applicant or the unit to which the applicant belongs shall apply to the local unit responsible for the assessment of special operations personnel.

Examination time

The evaluation unit shall organize the evaluation within 60 days after receiving the application for evaluation. Those who pass the examination shall be issued with corresponding special operation certificates; Those who fail the examination are allowed to make up the exam 1 time.

The relevant personnel engaged in the assessment, certification and review of special operations personnel abuse their powers, neglect their duties and engage in malpractices for selfish ends, and shall be given administrative sanctions; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
