Abstract: With the acceleration of China's socialist modernization, substation operation has become one of the most important projects at present. Facing the potential hazards after substation operation and management, a comprehensive analysis must be made. Therefore, the personnel on duty should control the error in substation operation to the minimum to maintain the normal operation of the power grid. In view of this, this paper takes a specific engineering case as the object, comprehensively analyzes the potential safety hazards existing in substation operation, and formulates a scientific maintenance plan.
1 Several Dangerous Points in Substation Operation Management
1. 1 transformer operation
The personnel on duty must ensure a high degree of caution when operating the transformer. As long as a small link goes wrong, it will cause great adverse effects. Generally speaking, the danger points when people operate transformers are mostly in two forms: first, when they are suitable for no-load transformers, most of them will have the problem of operating overvoltage, which will destroy the insulation function of transformers; Secondly, the rise of no-load voltage of transformer will also damage the insulation of transformer. All these remind operators to pay attention to the whole operation process of transformer.
1.2 bus switching operation
Bus switching operation is a very important part of switching operation. If the operator is not prepared enough and does not strictly follow the standard process, the probability of danger will increase continuously. However, the bus switching operation also has different forms of dangerous points, one is the problem of on-load switching, the other is the misoperation caused by the switching error of relay protection and automatic device, and the third is the series resonance caused by the broken capacitance of inductive voltage transformer and switch when charging no-load bus. For equipment, its own state is constantly changing. When two different states are converted to each other, a conversion operation ticket should be filled in. According to different accident situations, the wrong operation ticket will cause great damage to equipment or personnel and hinder the normal operation of power system.

If the correct way is not chosen during this operation, some automatic devices and protections will malfunction and bring many disadvantages to the substation. External environment is a factor that can not be ignored in substation operation. If the weather is abnormal, it will also cause various accidents in substation operation and management. Example: In winter, the oil level of oil filling equipment is too low and the lead is too tight; In summer, the oil level of oil-filled equipment is too high and the wires are too loose; When the wind is strong, the lead wire is entangled by sundries; When there is fog, equipment flashover and so on will bring different dangerous accidents to the substation. Therefore, we must take precautions in all aspects and take effective preventive measures against different weather.
2 Prevention of dangerous points in substation operation management
2. 1 Improve the system and implement the work.
According to the needs of practical work, making a scientific management system is the basis to ensure the smooth operation and management of substations. Carry out ideological education for the personnel on duty, constantly enhance their awareness of safe operation and standardize their actual operation behavior. In addition, carry out daily management work, actively create a responsibility system for production safety and a reward and punishment mechanism, and fully implement all work contents. After quantifying and refining the operation items, a good internal management mechanism is formed to maintain the orderly development of various operation forms. Comprehensively implement different rules and regulations to maintain the ideal function of each system, thus enhancing the sense of responsibility of operators.
2.2 Improve quality and standardize operation.
Good professional quality is needed by every substation staff, although the operation of substations in China is already strict. However, affected by the quality of operators, the operation level of the whole substation is uneven, which directly leads to the difficulty in running the substation smoothly. This requires substation managers to formulate scientific training measures according to the actual needs, actively adopt the current technical conditions, and insist on serious training and qualification examinations for each post in order to improve their own quality. In addition, different substation technologies need to be updated and adjusted in time to continuously improve the operation capacity of substations. On the other hand, extensive technical exchange is also a necessary measure to improve the skills of operators. It is also necessary to gather people from different substations to discuss corresponding problems, which can continuously improve the professional skills and management level of substation operators.
2.3 relay protection, be careful.
Relay protection is an indispensable safety barrier in power grid operation. Once the relay protection fails to play its corresponding role in time, the danger of substation will be even greater. Therefore, it is very important to improve the relay protection work from all aspects to make the relay protection device run normally for a long time. For the operation and management of relay protection, we need to adopt? Take care of three? And then what? Three tests? Indicators. Used in pressure plate, control and protection equipment, DC system, various branch circuits, etc. They must be actively managed to avoid a series of faults caused by misoperation and create a good environment for substation-free operation.
2.4 Work hard to improve.
Although accidents are sometimes difficult to control, as long as we can accumulate experience from long-term practice and take various preventive measures, the incidence of dangerous events will be effectively controlled. In daily work, the personnel on duty need to report the accidents of the safety supervision department in time, do the original analysis and investigation of the accidents, and formulate scientific and feasible preventive measures according to the working experience in dealing with practical problems. In addition to avoiding similar accidents, we need to gain rich experience according to different fault forms and strictly control the distribution of dangerous points. Through these expected preventive measures, the operators' awareness of safe operation will be greatly improved, thus ensuring the safe and stable operation of the substation.
2.5 patrol work must be strengthened.
Strictly monitoring the operation of running equipment is the guarantee to find abnormal problems as soon as possible. Monitoring the equipment during the operation of the substation can keep abreast of the running status and safety status of the equipment, and guide the operators to adjust the equipment status in time to maintain normal operation. However, in practice, many substations do not pay enough attention to equipment monitoring, which has laid a hidden danger for the safe operation of substations. This requires necessary training for staff, improving their professional work level and scientifically maintaining electrical equipment.
2.6 serious maintenance work.
In the process of annual maintenance, the switching operation of substation and the execution of working ticket are too intensive, and the task at this stage is large, which is the key stage to maintain system safety. The control measures during overhaul include: before overhaul, according to the work of the overhaul department, reasonably arrange the overhaul work plan, test the normal state of different equipment, and actively and completely implement it? Personnel, tools, spare parts? Other aspects of work; Strengthen work exchanges and technical exchanges with peers, focusing on learning to make up for their own shortcomings; In the maintenance stage, the number of grounding wires required in each working day should be marked in the relevant record book to avoid misoperation of closing with grounding wires caused by improper operation.
3 Conclusion
Judging from the actual work situation, it is extremely important to analyze the danger and strengthen the pre-control. In order to ensure the ideal effect of these two aspects in practical work, it is necessary to fully implement all the operational contents, and the rules and regulations can not be limited to oral or written. It is of great significance to actively carry out supervision and summary work to analyze the dangerous points in substation operation and management.
