On liberating children's nature
First, rules are very important. Without rules, Fiona Fang cannot be achieved. Children's self-management also needs class rules. Sometimes, I am afraid that the class rules will bind the children, but if there is no class rules, I am afraid that the class will be chaotic. This requires teachers and children to jointly formulate class rules, and the daily competition mechanism is also controlled by the children themselves. Presumably, children will cherish the addition and subtraction, so they will naturally abide by discipline.

Second: give full play to the role of class cadres, and urge children to set an example. In today's class, everyone is a class cadre. Use this to grasp the child's psychology. For the sake of collective honor and their cadre status, encourage every child to regulate his behavior at all times.

Third, teachers should design the classroom scientifically. Any successful classroom needs teachers.

The macro grasp of classroom teaching, so we often think that the design of classroom teaching should not be.

"What is the content of this class" means "how to design the content of this class so that students can gain something from positive thinking". We should try our best to create a teaching environment in each class and guide students to produce successful happiness and self-affirmation in active and cooperative learning. In the process of guiding students' learning, what we pursue is how to design a problem, a situation and an activity, so that students can think more deeply, experience the happiness of inquiry and cooperation, and then realize their wisdom, value and dignity. This harvest here may not add points for students in the exam, but it can add value to students' lives! This is also in line with the concern of the new classroom for the long-term development of students!
