It is the core of teachers' professional ethics and the criterion for teachers to correctly handle the relationship between personal interests and educational undertakings and social interests. I think this sentence is extremely correct. Because I only love education, I think more about how to do the class well and how to make students love learning more and learn more knowledge. Because I love education, I will devote myself to teaching and obscurity. No matter what work the leader arranges, he will do it conscientiously and diligently. Because I love education, I actively explore learning and constantly improve myself. Because I love education, I love every student and life more.

Second, love students.

An educator once said that children who love themselves are human beings, and children who love others are gods, because other people's children are not related to themselves. It's not easy to love them from the bottom of my heart. And the teacher's love for students is this kind of love. I think the most basic thing to be a teacher who satisfies the people is to love students. Without loving students, there is no education. Years of education have made me understand that there is no strict boundary between "excellent students" and "students with learning difficulties", and each student has his own unique bright spot. As long as teachers treat students with appreciation, look at their advantages, encourage them and care about them, then every child will become an "excellent student".

I remember someone once asked me what tricks I used to make stubborn students change so quickly. In fact, it is very simple, that is, love students and treat them sincerely. If you love your students, they will love you. It won't be difficult to do a good job in teaching. This kind of two-way love will make you get rid of the temptation of the outside world and forget the troubles of life. Work is not a pleasure.

Third, love learning.

Teachers are the embodiment of wisdom and the carrier of "preaching and teaching to solve doubts". Without sufficient knowledge reserves, students can't get a better education, and how can they become teachers that people are satisfied with? . Only by constantly learning, enriching ourselves and turning ourselves into a "spring at a glance" can we continuously irrigate students' thirst for knowledge and be "comfortable" in teaching. To this end, in my spare time, I always take the initiative to study, read relevant educational magazines and books, learn new teaching methods, and actively write papers and teaching plans. At present, it has obtained the second-class certificate of the national computer grade examination, and many papers have won awards at the national, provincial and municipal levels.

I don't know how long I have to walk on the road to my ideal. This may be a long and tortuous road, but I will never give up. I will continue to work hard. I hope I can realize my dream as soon as possible.
