First of all, insist on infiltrating science and technology education into classroom teaching to cultivate and improve students' scientific and technological quality. When preparing lessons, we should emphasize scientific and technological knowledge when choosing teaching content, and enrich the latest research results of this subject into teaching content in time. Reform educational concepts and teaching methods, and attach importance to the training of scientific research methods and the education of science and technology history. For example, when studying the properties of iron and introducing the important uses of α-Fe2O3 and γ-Fe2O3 in recording materials, students are often enthusiastic and feel that science and technology are not far away from them, thus enhancing their awareness of science and technology.
Secondly, through lectures, blackboard newspaper, science and technology knowledge contest, science and technology reading note contest, science and technology handwritten newspaper contest and other activities, students can fully understand the rapid development of science and technology and its great influence on the comprehensive national strength of all countries in the world. For example, 1997, the students I tutored won the 1 second prize, the third prize, the third prize, the fifth prize, and the third prize, 12, and I was awarded the title of excellent counselor in the national normal school chemistry popular science contest. In July, 2000, all the students I directed got excellent results in the first science and technology art festival competition of Guangxi Normal University. In February 2000, in the second national chemistry popular science competition in normal schools, 1 students I tutored won the first prize, 2 second prizes, 8 third prizes, 38 first prizes and 38 second prizes in Guangxi1students, and I was awarded the title of national excellent counselor. These achievements have greatly stimulated students' interest and enthusiasm for scientific and technological activities.

Therefore, my requirements and principles for guiding students to choose topics are: facing primary schools, based on rural areas, serving rural areas, and choosing familiar and interesting topics around them. For example, the award-winning scientific and technological papers I directed, such as Running Water Irrigation-Experiment on High Quality and High Yield of Horseshoe, Experiment on Prevention and Control of Fruit Bat with Dragon Eye Mask Net, and Investigation on Oil Camellia Anti-Brick Factory Pollution, were all selected by students from their familiar production and life, and their practical achievements played a positive role in promoting rural economic development. For example, the result of "running water irrigation-high quality and high yield experiment of horseshoe" can increase farmers' income by more than 500 yuan per mu, which has been widely popularized in students' hometown and was popularized by the first edition of Guangxi Science and Technology News on August 26, 2000. The experimental conditions based on the selected topics in rural areas are simple and feasible, which is suitable for students to carry out scientific and technological activities in primary school teaching in the future.
Second, the selected theme should be novel. Choosing a novel and good topic means that the writing of small scientific papers is half finished. First of all, I carry out various forms of reading activities among students, accumulate scientific knowledge, guide students to observe life with a scientific eye, boldly question, find scientific phenomena and problems in life, analyze the causes of problems from various angles, screen and refine the subject matter of the paper, and determine the practice plan. Secondly, it also illustrates the direction and law of topic selection of scientific papers with concrete examples. When I first started to engage in scientific and technological activities counseling, I knew little about scientific and technological activities. Because our school regards youth science and technology education as a school-running feature, the strong atmosphere of science and technology activities inspires me to seriously and systematically study the contents, methods and requirements of youth science and technology activities. In particular, the enthusiastic guidance of Chen Yong, deputy section chief of the Academic Affairs Office of our school, and Gao Xingping, former Commissioner of Science and Technology Activities of Hezhou Education Bureau, has made my counseling level a qualitative leap. 65438-0998 My scientific paper "Running Water Irrigation —— Experiment on High Quality and High Yield of Horseshoe" won the national second prize. The achievement of these achievements has greatly promoted my counseling of students' scientific and technological activities, and is also an example and motivation for students to write scientific and technological papers.
