202 1, I haven't read many books, and I forget some books after reading them, as if I haven't read them. I have read less perceptual educational essays, and the rigorous theoretical research has attracted my attention. In addition to the periodicals frequently read, there are also works with memories: Experiential Mathematics Teaching, Experiential Teaching, The Essence of Games, From Theory to Practice of Games, Deep Learning: Towards Core Literacy, Teaching Theory, Five Minimalist Biology Classes, Cancer Biography, Educational Mood, Teachers' Mission, and Teaching Theory.

How teachers should read more professionally is a problem that I have been exploring. Therefore, I read some related books and articles to listen to the suggestions of famous scholars, such as: On Reading by Zhou, Reading Suggestions for Teachers, and Three Doors to Reading Pedagogy Books by Tan Chuanbao. "Teacher's Monthly" was discussed in the bound volume in July and August, 2020, and that book has been taken out by me. Later, it was found that there were different opinions on this issue. I think so. Although teachers' professional development has certain characteristics, everyone has their own uniqueness. It's hard to say which model and method is suitable for everyone. I need to take advice and find a way that suits me.

This year, I tried theme reading, pursuing the learning depth of subject research and the breadth of vision of subject teaching. In the coming year, we will continue to read and learn in this direction. British writer Mao Mu once said, "Reading should be a pleasure". But in fact, my current reading trip is not all about enjoyment. I deliberately pursue inclined reading training, which requires persistence and self-supervision.

Professional thesis is the weakness of my writing, and it is also the psychological obstacle of repeated thinking this year. I want to break through, but I have no time to write. I like to write casually, but I am always reminded that if I want to improve my writing ability, I must try structured writing. So 202 1, there are fewer words published online, and many words are stopped in their own folders or rejected by editors.

In June, 1 1, a short story of teacher-student exchange written casually was published on the official account of WeChat, and the editor-in-chief of the magazine saw it and took the initiative to publish it. The courses I attended.

202 1, prepare lessons carefully and have fun in class. After an experimental class, I wrote: "An ordinary green leaf hides colorful mysteries. All kinds of pigments can only show their true colors after grinding, extraction and separation. Twitter, excitement, regret ... Every experiment is like a big drama, and every experiment is a magical journey for us. " Looking back at the text, you can still imagine your happiness in class and devote yourself to teaching. I often think that as teachers, most of our professional self-confidence comes from the subject classroom, so no matter how our professional tentacles expand outward, classroom teaching is the main position of learning. So this year, I bought a batch of new college textbooks and professional works on biological sciences, and put them in my office to look through at any time to find the resources for my lesson preparation.

At the end of March, 2002/KLOC-0, Sichuan Audio-visual Education Center recorded a lesson for me, which was launched as a learning resource of "Special Network Training for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Sichuan Province". In early May, I attended an open class in Chengdu. It is a great challenge to take two demanding public courses in one semester. From the beginning of the semester to the end of the semester, it is spent in the preparation and reflection of the open class. Fortunately, my tutor Zhao Guangyu, provincial researcher He Xingming and municipal researcher Zheng Dazhao all gave me guidance. In the process of brainstorming with them and polishing the teaching details, I have a deeper understanding of the teaching of biological concepts. After class, Teacher Zhao Guangyu taught me how to turn classroom teaching into a professional paper, which benefited me more. In the past ten years, I have kept the rhythm of one or two open classes every academic year, attended dozens of open classes and gave dozens of lectures on subjects, but failed to turn them into papers in time. This is my own great regret. When communicating with young teachers, I often mention this lesson to remind them to solidify the teaching results in time.

This year, I exchanged my ideas with some teachers online and offline. It is a very happy thing that every collision of ideas can cause echoes and * * * sounds. The most special time was in June+February, 5438, when I gave a special lecture to graduate students of China West Normal University. China West Normal University is my alma mater. 202 1 was hired as a graduate tutor of China West Normal University. This year, due to the epidemic, many planned trips were cancelled, and some friends who agreed to meet did not meet. Fortunately, the summer reunion in Mianyang was held as scheduled, and a group of middle-aged people were joking as they did 20 years ago. Whenever we are together, we all return to the youth of the university. This sincere and pure classmate friendship has not faded with the passage of time, but has deepened.

The most important educational walk was to go to Beijing in the summer vacation and get together with the educational public welfare organization "Teach for China". It has become our regular schedule to attend the course of this charity organization with Mr. Sun Mingxia every summer vacation. In this year's class, we tried new courses and still adopted the mode of two people in the same class. We met the night before class, decided on the topic and made the courseware, but we were able to connect smoothly on the stage the next day, which is the tacit understanding that we have known each other for more than ten years.

The time of class in Beijing happened to be the birthday of bean sprouts. I didn't want to miss her birthday, so I took her and invited her friends to Beijing. It was really her birthday that day, because she was going to class, so I gave her to a friend. It is her regret that she didn't meet until evening. Apart from this regret, bean sprouts are quite satisfied with their trip to Beijing. She likes the Forbidden City and Yuanmingyuan and is deeply impressed by the planetarium. Except for Beijing, this year's trips are all in the province. On National Day, five students invited by bean sprouts and six families went back to their hometown together. We barbecue in the yard, run on the mountain, play by the river, pick vegetables in the fields, pick fruits on the trees ... Children have fun and adults become friends.

This year, I purposely reduced my working hours at home and made more time to spend with bean sprouts. In retrospect, I feel guilty that I neglected her because I was busy with my work. A young teacher once asked me, "How do you balance family and work?" I'm not a superman, and I couldn't balance the relationship between the two before. But fortunately, I got the full support and understanding of my family.

A project I did.

I especially remember the New Year's Eve of 20021,and the friends of the research group were still discussing our project report in the group. That winter vacation, we discussed it almost every day. Some take advantage of the gap between visiting relatives' homes to send out the latest ideas, while others rent a private place and code it quietly.

From the beginning to the end of our project, there was no administrative order, which was entirely due to the enthusiasm of me and a few friends. My friends and I have different disciplines and majors, but we want to do something together that is beneficial to students' growth and can promote each other's progress. From our choice of career education as the starting point, to the project establishment at the school level, all the way to the district and municipal level, and then to the project conclusion at the municipal level this year, our gains far exceeded my expectations. The biggest gain is that this topic has really promoted the growth of students, and the school-based curriculum we designed has been affirmed by many parties and won the first prize of Chengdu school-based curriculum evaluation; Secondly, as the person in charge of the project, I deeply participated in every link of the project and gained more experience and my own understanding on how to do research.

This year, another municipal project related to the teaching of biological concepts has also ended. In different teams, there are different learning experiences and the same growth gains. Being able to work with like-minded friends is a very happy thing in itself. Unfortunately, I participated in the quadrennial teaching achievement award this year, but I was not shortlisted for the municipal award.

Sctv came to our class for an interview in March. The reporter sighed, "The children in your class are so lively and comfortable." . When I took a class, a reporter from Chengdu TV station came to interview me and made a similar sigh. It is my pursuit and effort to give children a safe, comfortable and supportive class atmosphere and present their lively, natural and aura life.

I have spent more than a year with this year's children, getting to know each other better and trusting each other more, so I have more touching exchange stories.
