1. Background and significance of this study.
Acute leukemia is a serious blood system disease, which is not uncommon at present and is on the rise year by year. Chemotherapy is mainly used in clinic, but it has great toxic and side effects. Rationalized personalized nursing has a good effect on complications and adverse reactions after chemotherapy. Many domestic nurses have summarized many nursing experiences in their practical work, such as Fan Jing, Zhang Hui, Zhang Shufeng and Wu Hongmei. Gao Anli mainly introduced the nursing of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy in elderly leukemia. Peng and Qin Sheling respectively summarized the nursing experience of 20 cases and 76 cases of children with acute leukemia during chemotherapy. Ma and Shan Xiumei emphasized the nutritional care during the treatment of acute leukemia. However, few people participate in the advantages and disadvantages of reasonable individualized nursing and conventional nursing measures. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of reasonable personalized nursing on the adverse reactions of patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy.
Second, the purpose and goal of this study
The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of reasonable personalized nursing on the adverse reactions of patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy. The goal is to minimize or mitigate the occurrence of adverse reactions after chemotherapy and ensure the smooth progress and success of chemotherapy.
Third, keywords and definitions
Leukemia; Acute; Chemotherapy; nurse
Acute leukemia: a malignant disease characterized by rapid proliferation of primitive and early naive cells in bone marrow, characterized by uncontrolled proliferation of a large number of leukemia cells in the body, appearing in bone marrow and many other organs and tissues, and entering peripheral blood; Acute onset, rapid development, poor prognosis and high mortality.
Chemotherapy: This is the most important and commonly used treatment for acute leukemia. It uses drugs containing special chemical components to kill or inhibit leukemia cells in human body, thus achieving the purpose of treatment.
Nursing: The word nursing comes from the Latin word "Nutricius", which originally meant to nurture, help, protect, care for the disabled and care for the young. In 1980, the American Nursing Association defines nursing as: "Nursing is to diagnose and deal with human responses to existing or potential health problems. The basic attribute of nursing is medical activity, but it has the characteristics of professionalism and service, and provides people with health services with its specialized knowledge and technology to meet people's health needs.
Fourthly, literature review.
Acute leukemia is a malignant disease of blood system, which occurs in all ages. Like other tumors, the incidence of acute leukemia increases significantly after people are over 50 years old. There are two main types of adult patients, acute lymphoblastic leukemia or acute myeloid leukemia, and children are mainly acute lymphoblastic leukemia 1. Chemotherapy is the most important and commonly used treatment for acute leukemia. Many domestic nurses have summarized many nursing experiences in their practical work, such as Fan Jing, Zhang Hui 3, Zhang Shufeng 4 and Wu Hongmei 5. Gao Anli mainly introduced the nursing of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy in elderly leukemia. Peng 7 and Qin Sheling 8 respectively summarized the nursing experience of 20 cases and 76 cases of children with acute leukemia during chemotherapy. Ma and Shan Xiumei emphasized the nutritional care during the treatment of acute leukemia, including encouraging patients to eat and intravenous nutritional support. In a word, scientific nursing methods can avoid or reduce complications and side effects in chemotherapy, relieve patients' pain and improve their compliance with treatment.

This study is a descriptive survey.
Sixth, the research object
In this study, 49 patients with acute leukemia who received chemotherapy in our hospital from 1999 to 1 2008 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 25 patients in each group. There is no obvious difference between the two groups in admission, age, sex and chemotherapy regimen, which is comparable. All cases meet the diagnostic criteria of acute leukemia. Diagnostic and therapeutic criteria of hematological diseases [S]. Second edition. Beijing: Science Press, 1998: 168. According to the mechanism, regularity, clinical manifestations and prognosis of adverse reactions to chemotherapy, the experimental group carried out health education and self-care behavior guidance, filled out questionnaires and carried out reasonable personalized nursing. The control group was given routine care.
Seven. Research tool
The contents of the self-made questionnaire include age, education level, chemotherapy time and current chemotherapy times, knowledge of diseases and side effects of chemotherapy, psychological state and needs.
VIII. Research Steps and Methods
1 49 patients with acute leukemia admitted to our hospital from June 30, 2008 to February 30, 2008 were randomly divided into experimental group (25 cases) and control group (24 cases).
On the basis of routine nursing, the experimental group was given one-on-one health education and self-care behavior guidance according to the mechanism, regularity, clinical manifestations and prognosis of chemotherapy adverse reactions, so that they could fill out questionnaires and carry out reasonable and personalized nursing. In the process of investigation, first explain the purpose of this study to patients, and assure them that with the cooperation of patients, the anonymous investigation and survey data will be kept strictly confidential. If the patient really has difficulty in filling out the questionnaire, it can be completed with the assistance of his immediate family. The control group was given routine care.
