1. What fertilizer does corn need?
How much fertilizer (compound fertilizer) is needed to grow corn mainly depends on the variety of corn. Generally, 35-55% standard compound fertilizer can achieve fertilizer efficiency. The higher the nutrient content, the more expensive the fertilizer, so the suitable compound fertilizer can be selected according to soil fertility and previous planting experience.
1, high fertility summer maize field
If the yield per mu is more than 500 kg, nitrogen fertilizer 12.86 kg, phosphate fertilizer 4.3 kg and potassium fertilizer 10.7 kg are generally required per mu, which is converted into urea 27.56 kg or ammonium bicarbonate 72.56 kg, diammonium18./kloc-0.7 kg and potassium chloride 20.44 kg.
2. Medium fertility summer maize field
If the yield per mu is 400-500 kg, nitrogen fertilizer 10.28- 12.85 kg, phosphorus fertilizer 3.44-4.3 kg, potassium fertilizer 8.56- 10.7 kg, which is converted into urea 22.03-27.54 kg or 58.00-per mu.
3. Low fertility summer maize field
If the yield per mu is less than 400 kg, the amount of nitrogen fertilizer per mu should be less than 10.28 kg. If it is a potassium-deficient plot, 5 kilograms of potassium fertilizer should be applied per mu, which is converted into 22.03 kilograms of urea or 58 kilograms of ammonium bicarbonate and 9.55 kilograms of potassium chloride.
Second, the formula proportion of corn fertilizer
1, corn fertilizer formula
20-25 parts of urea, 20-22 parts of ammonium phosphate, 0/0-/0/2 parts of potassium fertilizer, 30-35 parts of ammonium chloride, 0/-/0/0.5 parts of ammonium bicarbonate, 4.5-5.5 parts of ammonium sulfate and 6-7 parts of additives. The special fertilizer made from this formula has a long effect, usually as long as 3-4 months, and can be applied to the soil as a base fertilizer at one time when sowing, without additional topdressing in the future.
2, corn fertilization method
(1) base fertilizer: 3000 kg of decomposed farmyard manure per mu, 50- 100 kg of urea, phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer and compound fertilizer respectively.
(2) Full-seedling fertilizer: Generally, about 50 kilograms of urea can be applied per mu, or fertilizer can be applied according to the growth of seedlings, with more weak seedlings and less strong seedlings.
(3) Fertilization: When the seedlings grow to a height of about 40 cm, about 30 kg of compound fertilizer (mainly urea) is mixed into urea to enhance the stress resistance of the plants.
(4) Fruit-promoting fertilizer: after heading, spraying a proper amount of foliar fertilizer, a small amount of boron fertilizer and potassium fertilizer to promote the growth of corncob.
