While building first-class modern hardware facilities and equipment, the park pays more attention to "strengthening advantages" and pays close attention to the construction of teachers. "Good teachers' morality, high academic qualifications, good professional skills and good scientific research" is the unanimous goal of everyone. At present, there are 12 senior teachers in the teaching staff, with college education accounting for 80% and undergraduate education accounting for 45%. Teachers care and cherish every child with noble professional ethics and selfless dedication, so that all children can develop and improve healthily and harmoniously. In recent years, a number of outstanding teachers with both ability and political integrity have emerged in the park. More than 20 teachers have published papers in provincial, municipal and district-level publications or won prizes in paper competitions, and 10 teachers have won the first prize in various business competitions held in cities and districts.
