Undergraduate students of general higher education in Guangxi University of Finance and Economics who meet the following conditions at the same time are awarded bachelor's degrees: (1) They have completed the requirements of the teaching plan, and are approved to graduate after examination. The average score of course study and graduation thesis (graduation design or other graduation practice links) is above 2 (or the weighted average score of credits is above 73), which shows that they have really mastered the basic theory, professional knowledge and basic skills of this discipline, and have engaged in scientific research or specialized technical work.

(2) Non-computer graduates have passed the National College Computer Entrance Examination.

(3) Meet the requirements of foreign language proficiency set by the school: the comprehensive scores of non-foreign language majors in college English are above the standard. The comprehensive score of college English is calculated as follows: the average score of college English in each semester accounts for 70%, and the score of CET-4 (equivalent to 100%) accounts for 30%.

Those who have passed CET-4 or CET-4 and scored above 425 are deemed to have reached the required foreign language level, and their comprehensive scores are no longer calculated.
