Notes on Graduation Practice Week for College Students in 2020 (8 weeks)
# Internship Report # Introduction College students have acquired certain professional skills through their own study and efforts during their school days. Only by steadily improving their professional skills through internship can they develop themselves better in future employment. The following is a weekly diary of graduation practice for 2020 college students (8 weeks). Welcome to read!

First week

The first week, I was a little overwhelmed when I first came in. I feel a little nervous that strangers around me are watching me. Slowly adapt to the rhythm of the company, follow in the footsteps of predecessors and learn more about the company. I am still vague about my job, but I should have a general understanding of what to do. It shouldn't be hard to feel. This week's work is not heavy, probably taking care of new people, the task is relatively simple, colleagues are also very easy to get along with, and no major accidents have occurred. Because I just joined the job, I am unfamiliar with the environment and strangers, so I just poke my boss at work and have no ideas of my own. I finished the task slowly, but I did every detail carefully, but no one urged me. I feel very relaxed and gradually let go of myself. After getting along for a few days, I gradually got the courage to ask my colleagues questions, absorb knowledge from the communication with my colleagues, gradually get familiar with the work process, understand the significance of the work, and understand what level I should reach to be qualified.

Second week

After a week's internship, I am familiar with the environment and have a certain understanding of my colleagues. More importantly, the increasing workload shows that I have started to keep up with the rhythm, which gives me considerable confidence. In fact, the job I am looking for has nothing to do with my major, and I don't know enough about it, but after a week's internship, I have been psychologically prepared for this job. It was the most basic chore at first. Starting from this week, we will give interns an intermittent training in the next few weeks to understand the company's business scope, what we should do and what we can do. In this week's work, I understand that as an employee, I should do more, ask more and complain less. For those who don't understand, we should actively seek solutions and do our part. In addition, when everyone is in a bad state, don't bring decadent emotions to work, adjust their psychological state and avoid making mistakes. I try my best to adapt to the work and the crowd. There is no difference in the passage of time between internship and formal work.

Third week

It has been half a month before I know it, and I have gradually adapted to this life. Every day is no different, work step by step. In this half a month, I will make better use of my time and arrange my work reasonably. In addition to learning the knowledge of my major and completing my graduation thesis step by step, I will also look for professional knowledge related to my work to study, so as not to hold my colleagues back. I hope it will be useful and helpful. After a period of internship, I have gradually got rid of the habit of working and sleeping upside down day and night. In school, the class time is not very full, so students have time to play mobile phones until late, and don't get up in the morning. Only in class can they cheer up. There is a fixed commute time at work, so you can't be late and leave early, which means you should get up on time, ensure enough sleep time and not be lazy at work. Now I have developed a good habit of going to bed early and getting up early, and I will go to the company a little earlier to prepare for a day's work.

Fourth week

It's been a month. How time flies! This week, I may have noticed that I am doing a good job, and I am careful every time, so I received my first formal job assignment in my life, and I stopped helping my colleagues and predecessors. I believe I will do well. The teacher who instructed me said that since I came to the company, I have been carefully observing and studying, and I am also very active in doing chores, without major mistakes. If I can finish my chores smoothly this time, I will reduce my time and start my formal work slowly. I realized that this was a test. If I reflect all the achievements of my study during this period in this task, I will see my efforts. I want to say that I will live up to your expectations and complete the task perfectly. In the next few days, I was very busy, asking for information everywhere and arranging time to practice. In this process, because I am a newcomer, some mistakes and knowledge blind spots inevitably appear. Under the guidance of the master, I successfully completed the work. During these days' study, I felt my own defects and deficiencies, and at the same time, I didn't know enough about some established rules and regulations, and theory and practice were not successfully combined.

Fifth week

After constant revision and improvement, and careful examination of any mistakes and deficiencies, I was finally able to submit the task ahead of schedule. I couldn't restrain my inner excitement. I lingered in front of the master's office, waiting for the master's inspection and hearing his affirmation. The waiting time was particularly long until the master came in. I packed my bags and pretended to report to him calmly about the completion of the work. Master interrupted my chatter, nodded slightly and said, I know. I'll read it later. Go and do something else first. I'm a little depressed, and this feeling of being unable to get up and down is really unbearable, just like a prisoner waiting for a verdict, I don't know if what I did was right or wrong, and whether there will be a next time. I walked back to my seat and thought for a long time before I sorted out my thoughts, but it seemed as if I had just returned to my internship, doing nothing and having no enthusiasm and motivation. Think about it, cheer up and encourage yourself. You can't deny yourself because of this. Even if you fail, you have accumulated experience, made a summary since your internship, and done what you can to hand in a satisfactory answer sheet for this month's internship life.

Sixth week

The final task was praised by the master and recognized my efforts during this period. I embarked on a new journey with confidence. With the help of my master and colleagues, I studied the knowledge of this position in depth, starting from the most basic norms and gradually upgrading to various work-related knowledge that needs to be memorized, and picked up the work-related knowledge I learned in college. After several days of hard study, some knowledge learned in the university has come in handy, and the theoretical knowledge is basically mastered, leaving only the practical operation to be guided. During this week, I received the task given to me by my master. Although it is only the marginal part of his task, it is attractive only if he moves forward step by step and goes deeper and deeper. The sense of accomplishment and the satisfaction of being praised at work are addictive, and I am reluctant to give up. I hope people will continue to do so. In the process of work, I began to realize that the master told me that I was full of expectations for my work, just like the sense of accomplishment when I overcame a difficult problem in my student days. Even if I didn't get a score, it made me feel happier than that. Enjoying the happiness brought by work is also the pleasure brought by experiencing life.

Seventh week

As the saying goes, "A day's plan lies in the morning." After getting up early every day, begin to enjoy the morning time. It changes every day. Keep a good mood and go to work. Easily arrange the time of the day, start a new job, continue to complete last week's task, and then carefully check it and hand it over to the master and colleagues for inspection. In the past month and a half, I have endless feelings and expectations for the next internship, and there are new challenges every day. After getting on the right track, unlike before, even if I can do the chores of the day well, I am always in a hurry. When I took the exam, I was worried about whether I didn't do well in the exam, whether I would be driven away by the company immediately, and whether I would be scolded by the master. In the process of questioning my ability, I have no confidence. In this tempering, I found my own strengths, and I was a little shy about my previous worries. I'm so worried. During these seven weeks' work, I grew up slowly under the guidance of my master and understood what he meant. At work, you should have confidence in yourself. If you are not confident, you will be led by others and follow others' ideas to complete your task. If you don't have your own opinions, it will also be presented in the final work.

Eighth week

After I had confidence in myself, my mental outlook changed a lot. This is what my colleague said. I am no longer nervous, and my arguments with others are more organized and convincing. I didn't actually notice my change, but it is developing in a good direction, and I am still very happy. This week is the eighth week, and my internship life has been two months. This is the first time I have worked and lived outside alone since I was so old. No one takes good care of me, and no one is around to ease my mood. In this way, I spent two months, made new friends and started a new life. Such a long time is enough for me to know more about my colleagues. After working in the company for two months, what impressed me most was the emotion between employees. Work hard together when encountering difficulties, share happiness with success, but more often it is hidden in every move. When the weather is cold, pay attention to the cold and add clothes in time. When the work is difficult, it is an inspiration to come to me and say a word casually, which makes me feel suddenly enlightened.
