Years of construction management have made me deeply realize that construction management is also a science. Let me talk about my experience in construction management practice.

First, understand the general situation of the project and strive for it.

To do every job well, we must have a comprehensive understanding of this job before work, which is conducive to better work. For building construction projects, we should also make preparations before construction and understand the general situation of the project. The so-called know yourself and know yourself. If you don't understand the engineering situation and work blindly, you will go into battle with your bare hands. To carry out the work smoothly, we must be prepared and fight well.

So how to do a good job of preparation before construction? First of all, we should be familiar with the construction drawings, relevant technical specifications and operating procedures, understand the design requirements and details, node practices, and find out the requirements of relevant technical data for engineering quality;

Secondly, we should be familiar with the requirements of construction organization design and related technical and economic documents on construction sequence, construction methods, technical measures, construction progress and site construction general layout; Find out the weak links and key parts to complete the construction task;

Finally, the construction site was investigated and understood. As the old saying goes, "It's not enough to talk on paper, just don't know how to do it." It is not enough to be familiar with the construction drawings and only know the projects on paper. To understand the project clearly and comprehensively and grasp the general situation of the project, you must go to the scene to investigate and understand it in person. Knowing the basic situation of the project in this way is conducive to better implementation of management, implementation of construction methods and better improvement of work.

Second, the implementation of the target organization covers everything.

Targeted organization, coordination and control is a key work of grass-roots construction technology. Do a good job in construction preparation, explain the requirements of construction tasks and methods to the construction personnel, and create good construction conditions for completing the construction tasks and realizing the overall goal of building construction. In the whole construction process, according to the requirements of construction organization design and relevant technical and economic documents, it is particularly important to set construction objectives around quality, time limit and cost, actively organize balance and strictly coordinate and control in every stage, every working procedure and every construction task, so as to keep the best combination of people, money, things and various relationships in the construction and ensure the smooth progress of the project. Of course, in different construction stages, different parts, different teams, even different operators or in different things, the methods of organization, coordination and control of grassroots construction technicians cannot be the same. In the organization and management of the construction stage, the basic construction technicians should distinguish different situations, focus on the weakest link that affects the realization of the overall construction goal according to their priorities, find out the deviation from the goal, and take timely measures to remedy it.

Relevant personnel should be organized to strengthen the inspection of key parts to prevent accidents. For example, in brick masonry projects, personnel coordination requires technical division of labor. On the contrary, unskilled people arrange the masonry in the middle of the wall. At the same time, the method of "familiar hands bring students" is implemented, so that skilled personnel can bring novices and give play to the spirit of mutual assistance and mutual benefit to ensure the quality of brick masonry projects.

Of course, construction management is inseparable from "management" and "management". We should not only manage the manpower allocation, but also "manage" the construction procedure. At any time, it is necessary to correct all kinds of tendentious problems that violate the rules of construction operation and on-site construction regulations. Therefore, in construction management, we must put safety education first. If we neglect the management of construction safety, it is the biggest hidden danger, the biggest danger and the biggest mistake in construction management. Moreover, the quality of safety management is related to people's lives, so safety is the lifeblood of enterprises. As construction management personnel, we must take adequate safety measures and do a good job in safety education and publicity for all personnel entering the site. We should put prevention first and safety first. Let them consciously abide by safety rules and implement safety measures, so as to ensure the survival of enterprises and the benefits of projects.
