The College has organized vocational qualification and vocational skills training for related majors. In 2005, it established 195 Railway Specific Job Skills Appraisal Station 15 Station and 6 1 National Vocational Skills Appraisal Station in Tianjin, which can appraise 80 jobs in five grades of junior, middle and senior workers, technicians and senior technicians, so as to implement "double certificates". The college is the locomotive driver training and examination base of the Ministry of Railways and the high-speed railway technical training base, the Tanzania-Zambia Railway senior technical personnel training base of the Ministry of Commerce, the skilled personnel training base of the construction industry of the Ministry of Construction, and the staff training base of Beijing Railway Bureau and China Railway Sixth Bureau. Focus on the construction of advanced equipment, with the function of "teaching and doing", simulate the real working environment of rail transit and civil engineering training base, and meet the needs of practical teaching; There are 46 off-campus training bases, all of which have signed cooperation agreements with enterprises and have a good operation guarantee mechanism. Among them, Nancang Station of Beijing Railway Bureau and Tianjin Works Section are off-campus training bases of Tianjin vocational colleges named by the Municipal Education Commission. Entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Railways, the College trained 80 senior technical personnel for Tanzania-Zambia Railway in two phases in 200 1 and 2003 respectively, and all the teachers taught in English. In addition, the college also received railway delegations from Vietnam, Ethiopia, Angola, Tanzania and Zambia, and trained a large number of international students for Vietnam, North Korea and other countries, winning a good international reputation.
