Volleyball is a sport beneficial to physical and mental health. It can exercise the flexibility of our hands and feet, the agility of thinking and the ability of teamwork.

In the third grade of primary school, I was elected to the school volleyball team, where I learned many skills such as padding, passing, spiking and serving.

During the break, I played volleyball with Gao Xiao, Xiao Li and Luo Xiao. At the beginning of the game, I serve first. This time, I got up my courage and served a beautiful handball. I thought to myself: haha, you can't stand my serve so well! But just when I was full of confidence, I didn't expect Ronaldinho to pounce on the mat, and then Gao Xiao passed the ball. I saw Xiao Liu and Xiao Yang quickly exchange places, and then a person flew up and spiked. Our little Zhu closed his eyes in fear. As a result, the ball hit Zhu Xiao on the head. Naturally, we lost the ball. It's the opponent's turn to serve, and we secretly swear that this ball must get the points back. The opponent began to serve. That is a floating ball. I calmed myself down and picked it up firmly. This is Xiao Li's. He flew back and passed the ball to his back. Then I made an elastic cushion. It was really unexpected. Before the opponent could react, the ball landed. Gao Xiao was in a hurry, slipped and almost fell. We all sweated for him.

Next, I saw the ball flying around and there were bursts of laughter from the volleyball court. Time passed quickly, and soon the bell rang. In this short ten minutes, I got endless fun!
