The traditional way of vocational education mainly focuses on the cultivation of "instrumental" operation skills, while the short-term education for students is single-post training. Its training goal is to find a job immediately after graduation.

With the rapid development of science and technology and economy, the professional environment is changing with each passing day. Although graduates with only one skill can go to work, with the change of production environment, they do not have the ability to adapt to career changes, so they are likely to be eliminated and re-employed.
