Poems describing Taoya Waterfall
Taoya Waterfall

Located between goddess peak and Cuiwei Peak. One of the ten scenic spots in Jiuhua. There is a huge cliff called Bi Tao Cliff. During the Ganning period of Tang Dynasty (AD 894-897), Shinto Zhao Zhiwei built Yanhua Temple in Fenghuangling and planted thousands of peach trees near Juyan. Because the flowers are bright blue, they are named Bitao Garden, and the boulder is named Bitao Cliff. There is a waterfall under the cliff, hanging over the peach cliff for dozens of feet. It pours down from the dangerous rock, and the running water falls on the boulder, splashing countless glittering beads, which are magnificent, such as flying colors and spraying jade, so it is called Taoya Waterfall, which is the first waterfall in Jiuhua. After the heavy rain, the water potential "flies down three thousands of feet", like the wide and big hanging water falling from Tianhe, so it is also called "hanging water". Wang Jiwen, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, praised him for "the emerald screen is separated from the Wan Li sky, and the water hangs down as the jade of thousands of feet". He looked around the bridge and saw: goddess peak, Lotus Peak, Duxiu Peak, and the Milky Way. Suspect is in Danqing. Next to the small stone bridge near Taoya, there is a primitive temple named after the small bridge. Now buddhist nun has been abandoned. Standing by the bridge overlooking the stream, the rocks are like cattle, and the sound of water is deafening. Along the stone road by the stream, you can go to Daguling, climb the ridge and look around. In the south, you can see natural landscapes such as Jade Cat, Leaning Xia, Fairy, Cloud Gate, Real Person, Yingxian, Middle Peak of Five Old Peaks, Moraine Peaks and Swan Incubation. In the north, you can see beautiful scenery such as Biyun, Beauty, Luoji, Huixian, Shuangxiu, Cuiwei and goddess peak.

Appreciation of ancient poetry is more important than Jiuhuashan (Part II) Yuan Sadulla.

Thousands of rivers flow in the spring and cross the stream when it is cool.

There are no tourists on the bridge, and the trip to Jiangnan is all poetry.

The bitter rain is the most disrespectful pigeon, and it is not too late to see the mountain.

When it stood high on the peak of China, the cool moon rustled and cassia twig was born.

Sadula, a poet in the Yuan Dynasty, often travels in mountains and rivers, and has many poems describing scenic spots in Anhui, which shows his charm. Judging from the title of the poem, this poem was written by the poet during his second visit to Jiuhua Mountain.

"The sound is like a stream, but when the cool wind crosses the stream". The poet's visit time may be at the turn of summer and autumn. At this time, the weather is sultry, and the poet chose such a "cool weather" after the rain and felt more comfortable. The first sentence of "Wan He Quan Xie Sheng is better than Xi" reveals a message: the heavy rain has just passed. The sound of thousands of rivers and springs is the sound of running water, which shows the great flow of water. "Xie Bixi" is the "maker" of "the voice of a thousand rivers", and the green stream hangs down to form a spectacular waterfall. The word "Xie" reminds people of Li Bai's poetic realm of "Three thousands of feet's". Yan Tao Waterfall in Jiuhua Mountain is famous for its size and length, and it is called "hanging water". If Sadula's words are accurate and not exaggerated, it should be described as Taoya Waterfall.

"Meeting on the bridge is nothing more than a guest, and everything in Jiangnan is a poem." Wonderful showdown! In particular, "traveling in the south of the Yangtze River is a poem" is rich in connotation and gives people a profound feeling. Poetry is a kind of praise full of * * * here. The highest state of China's ancient art aesthetics is the artistic conception of poetry, which is referred to as "poetry" for short, and the aesthetic pleasure and * * * contained in it are almost hard to describe in words. The poet once enjoyed the scenery in the south of the Yangtze River, but his interest remained the same.

"Bitter rain is the most disrespectful, and it is not too late to see the mountains." The contrast between the previous sentence and the saying "Turtledoves crow in a hurry, and the rain never stops." Because the turtledove is in a hurry, it will rain, which will cause the poet's unhappiness, and the rain will naturally affect the mountain scenery; Looking at the mountains in the rain also made the poet Tao Ran walk slowly without mind. You know, only by walking slowly, watching slowly and savoring carefully can you know the beauty of mountains and rivers!

Perhaps it was on a sunny day that I first visited this mountain. This time, after the heavy rain, I felt different. But the poet is still not satisfied with this. He also has a more extravagant idea: when I climb to the top of the mountain to enjoy the moon, the scene will be more charming: "The cool moon rustles and cassia twigs come forth", which is closer to the Moon Palace, and even the cassia twigs in the moon can be clearly seen! The poet's imagination flies out of the sky, leaving readers with endless aftertaste, which is the beauty of poetry.

[Modern Prose] In the spring season, peach blossoms can be seen everywhere, and many scenic spots have formed an indissoluble bond with peach blossoms. Let's talk about southern Anhui, not far from Jiuhua: there is a Taohuatan in Jingxian County. Wang Lun, a Confucian in those days, lured Li Bai, who had been drinking and swimming wildly all his life, to the peach blossom pool, as clear as a mirror. Host and guests drink wine every day, enjoy the beautiful scenery, say poems and write essays. How carefree they are. In Xiaotaoyuan, yi county, people think that it is the cave where Wuling fishermen know the Peach Blossom Garden in Tao Yuanming's works, which is called "Peach Blossom Cave". In Huangshan, a famous tourist resort, Taohua Peak, located opposite Huangshan Hotel, is named after many cherries on the previous peaks. Huangshan's Peach Blossom Garden, Taoyuan Pavilion, Taoyuan Hotel and other scenic spots and places came into being.

Jiuhua's "Bi Tao Cliff" and "Floating Taoxi" are also named for their unique rocks and deep ravines, so the victory of the scenery naturally makes tourists linger. After visiting this place, the literati of past dynasties could not help but leave poems. For example, Wang Yangming has a poem: "There are ten thousand clouds under the rock and ten thousand trees at the mouth of the cave. No one came all day, only monk Xu Shan stayed. " In the Song Dynasty, the poem "Peach Blossom Goose" said: "You should be greedy for leisure, not avoid Qin, and the cave door is separated from the world. There is no four-hour calendar in the mountains, so it is spring to drive to Bi Tao. "

However, this blue peach blossom is gone now, and it still attracts tourists here, because there is a waterfall under the rock, which is the largest waterfall in Jiuhua Mountain and has the name of hanging water. In the meantime, there are two springs, Jinsha and Jasper, which linger and become a wonderful natural picture. Its land is collectively called "Taoya Waterfall" and is listed as one of the ten scenic spots of Jiuhua Mountain. At the turn of spring and summer, standing on Taotao River, visitors can see dozens of waterfalls pouring down from rocks. Because the water is fierce, swift and spewing, it falls on the boulder and splashes many flying beads. Under the sunlight, it looks like colorful dew, but from a distance it looks like a wide and big hanging water falling from Tianhe. Wang Ji, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, wrote: "The emerald screen crosses the Wan Li sky, and the water hangs as thousands of feet jade." This is about the scenery here.

Zhou Yun, a A Qing poet, even wrote a poem "Yan Tao Waterfall": "It is suspected that when the Milky Way set for nine days, he bought wine in Bai Yunbian. Peach blossoms suddenly went away, and I wanted to burn Dan from the column. " Singing the above sentence, tourists will have the idea of following the gods to the beautiful scenery in front of them. Do you believe it or not?

[Folklore] During the Ganning period of the Tang Dynasty, Zhao Zhiwei, a Taoist priest, built a view of Yan Hua in Fenghuangling, Jiuhuashan. Zhao Zhiwei is over 70 years old and still young, wearing a round-neck wide sleeve robe embroidered with the pattern of "Tai Chi Eight Diagrams", with a bun on his head and a nine-dyed towel. Huang Guan is on cloud nine with a fairy broom in his hand all day. Zhao Zhiwei is still an alchemist at Misha Peak, constantly exhaling at the peak, taking his body as the "tripod" and practicing his own "inner alchemy"; At the same time, Mao 'an was built on the top of the mountain, an alchemy furnace was set up, and some collected medicinal materials were put into the furnace to burn "Jiuzhuan Elixir". Li Tang summoned him to Beijing many times for two generations, but Zhao Zhiwei declined politely because he was bent on becoming a monk and staying in the mountains. Seeing that he was so single-minded, the emperor sent envoys to Jiuhua Mountain and gave him a cloud star crown and a green feather coat.

There are many believers in Zhao Zhiwei. He taught his disciples Taoist spells, "Fulu" and "spells". His disciples all regarded him as an immortal. It is said that he can call the wind and rain, cure diseases and exorcise demons. Later, he led his disciples to plant thousands of peach trees beside the rocks under Fengqi Peak. When peach blossoms are in full bloom, thousands of branches are full of bright green flowers, which are called Bitaoyuan. To make the whole rock more colorful, this huge rock was named Bitao Rock. When the spring breeze blows, peach blossoms fall in the mountain stream with the wind, and the water in this stream is also dyed green. Zhao Zhiwei often strolls and drinks with his disciples in the peach blossom forest. During the harvest season, the huge fruit hung heavily on the branches, but neither he nor his disciples picked it and let it fall into the deep stream and drift with the flow. The local villagers fished sweet peaches from the stream, saying that it was a "fairy fruit" given by the fairy family. And this stream that flows to Longxi is called "Floating Taoxi".
