In scientific research, I completed the project of "Design of Deep Well Drilling Assembly" as the main researcher, and was responsible for the software writing and field testing of the project. Compared with the deep wells drilled in the same period, the average number of broken, pricked and stuck drilling tools decreased by 77.8%, the replacement rate of drilling tools decreased by 68.7%, and the qualified rate of borehole quality was 100%, which was helpful to reduce the failure of drilling tools in deep wells, improve the working index of bit, effectively overcome the problem of well deviation and realize speediness. He presided over the completion of the project "Research on Optimization Technology of Slim Hole Drilling Parameters", and led everyone to test and popularize more than 300 wells, which opened up a new road for the effective development of Daqing low-pressure and low-permeability oilfield. The direct development cost of single well is reduced by 15%, and the economic benefit is 25.26 million yuan. At the same time, it laid a foundation for the research of reuse technology such as deepening sidetracking of old wells and won the first prize of bureau-level scientific and technological progress. Participated in the project of "Promotion and Application of Slim Hole Drilling and Completion Technology" and won the first prize of bureau-level scientific and technological progress; Participated in the ministerial project "Research on Supporting Technologies for Slim Hole Drilling and Completion" and won the second prize at the ministerial level; In addition, he has also participated in the technical and economic evaluation of deep well drilling, investigation of casing drilling and completion technology, economic evaluation of effective development of three low and one small oilfields, research on seismic technology while drilling in Sanzhao area in northern Songliao Basin and other scientific research projects, and is currently conducting the research on LWD data interception and interpretation technology. In the drilling engineering design, as the first designer, I designed the deepest well in Daqing Oilfield, Pushen 1, and participated in the drilling engineering design of Shen Ya 1 and Shen Song1Kloc-0/,the first unbalanced well in the oilfield. He presided over the drilling engineering design of Chang 27, Gure 1, Shen Wei 5, Zhao Shen 1, Wang Shen 1, Shen Xing 1 and Xu Shen1,and completed more than 300 wells.
At the same time of organizing scientific research and tackling key problems, we have continuously conducted in-depth theoretical exploration, and published 4 papers ("Optimization Technology of Drilling Parameters for Small Well Development Wells in Peripheral Oilfields" was published in the fifth issue of Daqing Oilfield Geology and Development in 2000, and co-authored (ranked first). The establishment and application of drilling power system for slim hole development wells in three low oilfields around Daqing was published in the sixth issue of Drilling and Production Technology (200 1) and co-authored (ranked first).
