Why didn't the Ghani Bekov effect appear on the satellite?
Theoretical structure. Ghani Bekov effect is stable when the spindle with the smallest moment of inertia (the third spindle) rotates, but unstable when it rotates around the intermediate spindle (the second spindle). It does not appear in the satellite because of the theoretical structure, but can be completed by any object with three different principal axes of inertia.
