Chen Wen's role career
1984 graduated from the Department of Earth and Space Sciences, University of Science and Technology of China, majoring in geochemistry.

In 2002, he received his doctorate in mineralogy, petrology and mineral deposit science from China Geo University.

1990 10 —2003 1 10, served as the second member and secretary-general of the Geological Society of China Isotope Geology Committee, and the third and fourth members and secretaries-general successively;

199465438+1October-65438+1August, 998, member of the organizing committee of the 9th International Congress on Isotopic Chronology, Cosmology and Isotope Geology.

1February, 1988-1May, 1989, the experimental techniques of 40Ar/39Ar dating and 40Ar/39Ar dating in laser micro-region were studied in the laboratory of structural geology of languedoc University of Science and Technology.

From June, 65438 to June, 989, he worked in the Ar-Ar Isotope Chronology Laboratory of Institute of Geology, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences. Since 1993, he has been engaged in isotopic geochronology research on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (Tanggula Mountain, middle and western Jinsha River, Bayan Kara Mountain, East Kunlun Mountain, Altun Mountain, etc.). ), western Guangdong, northern Hebei-western Liaoning, eastern Hebei, western Sichuan, eastern Tianshan, Dabie-Sulu and other regions. He has undertaken more than 20 scientific research projects.

Monographs and scientific research achievements:

He has published more than 60 academic papers, 2 monographs (co-authored) and 7 independent scientific research reports. Main scientific research achievements:

(1) In the early 1990s, China took the lead in studying the method of laser 40Ar/39Ar dating, and the laboratory was built in the beginning of 1994.

(2) The isotopic chronological framework of geological evolution in northern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau since Mesozoic has been preliminarily established.

(3) The age of the Altun fault zone (240-220Ma) and the late active age of the third phase (157-140ma; 120-90Ma; Starting from 45Ma).

(4) Study on Mesozoic terrestrial biota and related stratigraphic age in northern Hebei-western Liaoning: The stratigraphic age of rare fossils such as sauropods and Confucius birds in Sihetun, Beipiao, western Liaoning was accurately determined; The isotopic age range of volcanic rocks in Yixian Formation is limited to1321Ma-1123ma, and four stages of volcanic activity are identified. The age of Daohugou fossil layer is determined systematically, and the Daohugou biota belongs to Liao Yan biota from the angle of isotopic age.

Currently responsible for scientific research projects:

Item 1 of National Natural Science Foundation, 2 special topics of National 973 Project and scientific research item 1 of China Geological Survey. Research direction: (1) research on isotopic dating method of inert gases; (2) Study on orogenic history of orogenic belt (based on Qinghai-Tibet Plateau); (3) Study on the spatio-temporal coupling relationship between large-scale shearing and gold mineralization system; (4) Study on the occurrence, development and extinction time of important paleontology (taking Mesozoic terrestrial biota in China as the research object).
