Graduate dissertations are the concentrated expression of graduate students' research ability and academic level. In order to ensure the quality of postgraduate dissertations in our school and strengthen the supervision and management of dissertations, according to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Further Standardizing and Strengthening the Management of Postgraduate Training (No.[20 19] of the Ministry of Education) and the relevant regulations of the school, the relevant matters concerning the blind evaluation of doctoral and master's dissertations in the first half of 2019 are hereby notified as follows: 2065433. Before submitting the doctoral and master's dissertations for blind evaluation, it is necessary to consult the copy of the dissertations in the library of Guizhou University and submit the original test report to the college.

1. Doctoral dissertations are arranged by the Academic Degree Office and sent to the Academic Degree and Postgraduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education for blind evaluation. Each doctoral thesis is reviewed by three experts organized by the Center for Degree and Postgraduate Education Development of the Ministry of Education.

2, 20 19 academic graduate students and professional degree graduate thesis review or blind evaluation is arranged by the college, and must be extracted from the graduate integrated management system. Without systematic extraction, this link is considered invalid. Each academic master's degree thesis is sent to two reviewers for review. In principle, dissertations should be sent to universities or scientific research institutions with the right to confer doctoral degrees in the same subject outside the province. The reviewer of the dissertation must have the qualification of postgraduate tutor in the corresponding discipline.
