All doctoral dissertations of Ningxia University are required to participate in blind inspection, and the proportion of blind inspection of master's dissertations is not less than 10% of the number of degree applicants in that year. The list of blind evaluation of master's thesis is randomly selected by graduate school.

In order to avoid unfairness in the evaluation of doctoral and master's dissertations due to differences in academic views, degree applicants and their tutors may propose a list of experts to be avoided in the evaluation of dissertations, up to 5 experts.
