According to the regulations, when the outlet pressure of hydrant bolt is greater than 0.5Mpa, pressure relief devices such as pressure relief orifice plates should be set. When the hydrostatic pressure of hydrant bolt mouth is greater than 0.8Mpa, the water supply system in different tanks should be adopted. These measures can effectively reduce the high static pressure of the plug and prevent the plug valve from being damaged.
4.2 Problems and treatment measures in pipe network construction
The pressure test of pipe network is divided into two items, one is strength test and the other is tightness test. In the process of construction, some construction workers only carry out strength tests, or only carry out leakage tests, or even do no tests at all, which will bring serious security risks to the normal implementation of the whole fire protection system. 4.4 Problems existing in check valves and treatment measures
When the fire hydrant is testing water, the fire pump usually runs normally, but the pressure of the top test gun is not enough. One case is that the check valve is not installed correctly, mainly due to the carelessness of the construction personnel or the wrong flow direction in the design drawings, both of which will lead to the installation error of the check valve. On the other hand, to check whether the check valve is in good condition, the usual method is to close the gate valve of the fire outlet of the pool, and judge whether the check valve is good or bad by seeing whether the water pressure rises or whether there is anti-water phenomenon at the fire outlet of the pool. When the check valve is damaged, it should be replaced or repaired immediately.
5 equipment management strategy
