Citations in SCI are very strict, and you can't scribble them casually, especially the quoted parts. If the verified document is inconsistent with the content in the paper, it will usually be rejected. It is not easy to publish a paper on SCI. The text and references must be as error-free as possible so that they can be accepted and published normally.
