I. Training objectives

2) The contents, requirements and specifications of the opening report shall conform to the Provisions on Opening Report for Postgraduate Dissertations of Xi University of Technology. The opening report should be carried out in the college (department) where the tutor is located, and opinions should be solicited extensively, and the implementation plan of the paper should be formulated after the tutor agrees.
2. Paper requirements
1) The thesis requires master students to complete independently under the guidance of their tutors. The part of research with others should be explained;
