By organizing teachers to directly participate in and guide students to participate in skill competitions, teachers are urged to fully grasp the training needs of employers for high-quality skilled personnel and the skills requirements of related professional posts, update teaching concepts and improve teaching methods in time, and make vocational education truly move towards practice, enterprises and society.
