Outlook on life is in adolescence, especially in college, which is an important stage in the basic formation of values, outlook on life and world outlook. Outlook on life is a relatively stable concept formed by people systematically summarizing the purpose, significance and value of life in practical activities. Outlook on life mainly includes life purpose, life attitude and life values. The purpose of life is to solve what people live for, and it is the starting point and destination of all human activities. The attitude towards life answers the question of how to take the road of life. The value of life mainly refers to people's contribution to society. The evaluation of the meaning of life is the most basic value orientation problem that people should have as a specific social individual, and it is also an important basic factor that determines the formation of outlook on life. Of course, these three are mutually restricted and promoted, and they are an inseparable organism. Only by establishing correct values can they form a correct outlook on life. However, the outlook on life is restricted by people's social and historical conditions, social relations and world outlook. College students are in their youth, which is the stage from exploration to orientation of one's world outlook. College students are in the prime of life, with mature physical and mental development, vigorous energy and enhanced self-awareness. At the same time, with the increasing knowledge of nature and society, they have formed their views on the whole society, which is the orientation of personal values. Once this concept is formed, it will affect the whole attitude system and behavior pattern of the individual, and even affect the whole life. But on the whole, the "world outlook" is also a person's understanding and abstraction from thought to behavior after understanding and evaluating the value of social things and social phenomena. Different values will inevitably lead to the formation of different world views. Different outlook on life will also affect the formation of his world outlook. Therefore, in university education, we must attach importance to students' values education. Third, correct values are the source of learning motivation. Whether students have correct value goals is an important factor that directly affects whether their learning activities are conscious and lasting. Rural students regard "jumping out of the farm" as the ultimate goal of study, while urban students regard the pursuit of pleasure and wealth as the goal of study, which leads them to muddle along in their studies, and even become tired of learning after going to college, without realizing the importance of conscious learning and lifelong learning. The essence of values has a more profound impact on students' learning. Learning has both personal and social significance. Therefore, students' study can be self-interested or altruistic. If students choose the correct values and organically combine the personal significance of learning with the social significance of learning, they will consciously and diligently study and strive to achieve their learning goals. If students' understanding of learning is only egoism, they may be unable to bear the setbacks and difficulties encountered in the learning process because they care about personal gains and losses. There are also some students who breed the idea of learning uselessness, and regard cultivating interpersonal relationship as the main task of university study, which leads to so-called bad habits such as courting relationships, treating guests and giving gifts, and cultivating feelings. This is often caused by the lack of correct value goals. After students form correct values, all knowledge and skills will be "filtered" by value evaluation. College students are facing the problem of going to society and getting employment, and they also begin to pursue the "practical value" of learning content. On the contrary, they are unwilling to learn what they deny as a value evaluation, let alone put it into practice. Therefore, strengthening the education and guidance of college students' values, combined with the education of outlook on life, can not only effectively stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, but also help students to form good moral quality, behavior habits, outlook on life and world outlook. 4. Correctly Understanding and Implementing Values Education When educating college students on values, we should take into account that college students enter the campus with certain values, even outlook on life, world view, and some opinions and beliefs. Therefore, only by studying students' values, outlook on life and world view, as well as their own theoretical level and understanding ability, can we decide what knowledge to arm students with, what to believe and what not to believe. It is necessary to understand students' basic political views and views on social responsibilities and obligations and society, so as to educate them on values in a targeted manner. College students are generally between 17 and 24 years old, which is an important period for implementing values education. Because at this stage, the individual physiological development of college students is close to the final completion, and the individual psychology is in the formative stage. This period is not only the peak of his physical, intellectual and emotional development, but also an important stage of his understanding of social ideology. Their understanding and exploration of ideals, career, friendship and society are increasingly fierce, and their different needs for material life and spiritual life also cause their differences in morality, ideals, will, temperament and personality.
