The production process of asphalt mixing station is as follows:
1, preparation before startup
(1) inspection: understand the influence of weather conditions on production on the day of production, check the liquid level of diesel oil tank, heavy oil tank and asphalt tank and replenish them in time, check whether the asphalt temperature reaches the production temperature, check the aggregate preparation according to the cold aggregate ratio, and check whether the personnel on duty and auxiliary equipment are complete.
(2) Preheating: Check the oil supply of heat conduction oil furnace and the position of asphalt valve, start the asphalt pump, and check whether the asphalt can normally enter the asphalt weighing hopper from the asphalt storage tank.
2, boot
(1) Before turning on the power supply, check whether the positions of the switches are correct, and pay attention to the power supply sequence of each part.
(2) When starting the microcomputer, pay attention to whether it is normal after starting, so as to take corresponding measures.
(3) According to the asphalt mixture ratio required by the project that day, correctly set the parameters in the microcomputer.
(4) Start the air compressor, and after reaching the rated pressure, manually operate the pneumatic valve several times to ensure the normal work, especially the finished product warehouse door, so as to discharge the residue in the tank.
(5) Before starting the rest of the equipment, signal the relevant personnel of the whole equipment to make it ready.
(6) According to the circuit interlocking relationship of the equipment, start the motors of each part in turn. When starting, the operation inspector should observe whether the equipment is running normally. If there is any abnormality, immediately notify the control room and take corresponding measures.
(7) The equipment is idle for about 10 minute, and after it is checked to be normal, all personnel shall be informed to start production.
3. Production
(1) ignite the drying cylinder and raise the temperature of the dust removal room first. At this time, the size of the damper depends on various specific conditions, such as weather, temperature, mixture gradation, aggregate moisture content, dust removal room temperature, hot aggregate temperature and the equipment itself. At this point, the flame must be controlled manually.
(2) After each part reaches the appropriate temperature, add aggregate, and pay attention to whether the transportation of each belt is normal.
(3) When the aggregate is delivered to the aggregate weighing hopper, observe whether the difference between the reading of the weighing sensor and the rated value is within the allowable range. If the difference is large, corresponding measures should be taken.
(4) Prepare the loader truck at the waste (overflow) material port, and pour the waste (overflow) material out of the field.
(5) Gradually increase output, and after comprehensive analysis of various factors, produce appropriate output to prevent overload production.
(6) When the production is stable, all kinds of data displayed by the instrument should be recorded, such as temperature, air pressure and current.
Step 4 turn it off
(1) Control the total production and the number of hot warehouses, prepare downtime as needed, and notify relevant personnel to cooperate in advance.
(2) After the qualified materials are produced, the redundant materials shall be cleaned up, and the redundant materials shall not be left in the drum and dust removal room.
(3) The asphalt pump should be reversed so that there is no residual asphalt in the pipeline.
(4) heat conduction oil furnace can turn off and stop heating as needed.
(5) Record the final production data of the day, such as output, number of vehicles, fuel consumption, asphalt consumption, aggregate consumption of machine-team, etc. , and timely notify the relevant data to the paving site and related personnel.
(6) Clean the equipment after shutdown, and lubricate and maintain the equipment according to the maintenance plan.
(7) Check, repair, adjust and test equipment failures, such as running, running, dripping, oil leakage and belt adjustment.
(8) Release the mixture stored in the finished product silo in time, in case the temperature is too low and the bucket door cannot be opened smoothly, and the water in the air storage tank of the air compressor should be removed side by side.
Third, what should be paid attention to in the production process of asphalt mixing station?
1, gas circuit device leaks.
Sometimes, due to the poor sealing performance of gas pipe joints, air leakage will occur. It should be noted that long-term air leakage will increase the start-stop times of air compressor, affect its service time and increase energy consumption, so it should be dealt with as soon as possible.
2. Grease selection
The choice of grease should pay attention to the weather of the day. Generally, 1 lithium-based grease can be used below 10℃, and 10℃ or above can be used with No.2 lithium-based grease.
3. Main engine shaft
In the production process of asphalt mixing plant, it is a common problem that the main shaft is locked, so it is necessary to clean the concrete on the main shaft, because the accumulated things on the main shaft will bring extra power consumption to the main motor.
4, should regularly check the motor and electrical appliances.
