Main uses:
1. Hot melt adhesive for fabric;
Mainly used for shoes, hats, clothing, jewelry production. Clothing using this adhesive not only has a crisp and plump appearance quality, but also has the characteristics of natural smoothness after washing, and can be worn without ironing. Shoes and hats using this glue are light and breathable, and have good shape retention. Especially in the shoe-making industry, they also have the advantages of comfortable wearing and reducing shoe odor.
2. Hot melt adhesive for book binding:
The packaging and sealing of food, beverage, instant noodles, cigarettes, beer, medicines, etc. are mostly completed by hot melt adhesive through sealing machine. Books and periodicals binding industry abolished the old thread-nail binding and used hot melt adhesive bonding technology, which not only improved the binding quality, but also greatly accelerated the binding speed.
3. Hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive
Mainly used for women's sanitary napkins, children's diapers, sick mattresses, incontinence products for the elderly and so on.
4. Multi-purpose solvent-based hot melt adhesive
In the production of many products, such as hot melt transfer, liquid crystal material sealing, wallpaper anti-counterfeiting, calligraphy and painting pasting, computer printing, food production date typing, wire and cable agent coding, etc. Hot melt adhesive can be used, but the existing granular or powdery dosage forms cannot be used, and it is not necessary to make it into a liquid state in the presence of a suitable solvent and coat it on a certain substrate to obtain a thin and uniform film before it can be used in the next process.
5. Hot melt adhesive for edge sealing of furniture
Most furniture is made of fiberboard, shavings or sawdust boards, and the edges of furniture boards must be bonded with hot melt adhesive to increase the aesthetic feeling, just like solid wood furniture.
6. Thermoplastic powder coatings
There are mainly two kinds of powder coatings: polyethylene (CDPE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Used for cage fish farming, road guardrails, bicycle baskets, shelves, refrigerator shelves, electric fan covers, etc. According to the need, it can be made into various colors and coated on the surface of metal products for protection and decoration.
7. Hot melt adhesive film
Hot melt adhesive films are mainly divided into thermoplastic and thermosetting, and are mainly used for bonding nameplates, plastics, hardware, mobile phone window frames and front covers of electronic products; Good results can be obtained even if it is attached to an uneven surface.
