2. View the list of defense groups. When assigning thesis instructors, candidates should first fill in the number of their own defense group according to the thesis number (see the list of defense groups in the annex for details), and then check the defense number of their own group according to the admission ticket number, starting from 1 1.00, where are the 22 groups assigned? ) participate in the defense in the order after the defense is grouped. If the name and admission ticket number are wrong, please reissue them in time.

If you can't find the admission ticket number and name, you can't take part in the defense. You need to reapply for the next graduation thesis (if there is a thesis with the same name, the final version and admission ticket number agreed by the tutor shall prevail).

3. Time for formal defense:18: 00 on October 10 to the end of defense (lunch at noon 1 1: 40 to 12: 20).

Precautions (please read carefully):

1. Respondents should arrive at the place designated by the group a little earlier according to the number of people in their group. (The average defense time is 2 minutes per person), and there should be no traffic jams and loud noises at the entrance of the defense room.

3 15 and 476 are lounges. Those who wait long can go to 1 15 to have a rest. Please leave quickly after answering to avoid traffic jam.

Please don't judge the waiting time of your defense. The last candidate must arrive at the defense site by 1 at the latest.

Candidates who are absent on February 9th should report to Room 335 before 8: 00 on June 5438+00 (only in special circumstances, with the consent of our college, relevant holiday proof materials are required.

The rest of the candidates reported on the 9th to ensure that the defense on 10 will be conducted as soon as possible.

It is recommended to bring the electronic version of the paper. It is easy to make temporary additions and modifications.

3. The paper score is about 165438+, and 10 can be searched online by Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute (not related to our institute).

If the thesis results do not meet the requirements of graduation or degree application, you can reapply for the next thesis defense.

4. After passing the defense and other courses, you can go to the local self-study exam to go through the graduation registration procedures (usually at the end of May1early February each year).

Degree applications are generally made in the School of Continuing Education of Nanjing University (2nd Floor, Nanyuan Teaching Building, Gulou Campus) in March and early June each year 10 (not related to our college).

Friendly reminder:

1. The third and fourth items (degree and graduation) in the third step above have nothing to do with the School of Government Administration. Please don't call for advice.

2. The place of defense is Shengda Building, School of Government Administration, Xianlin School (Xianlin Avenue 163), which is far away (it takes about 20 minutes from the south gate of the school to the School of Government Administration). Please pay attention to the itinerary.

Subway Line 2 and bus D 1 and 325 can get off at Nanjing University Station directly, and Xinjiekou Station on Line 1 can transfer to Nanjing University Station on Line 2. (40 minutes by Tianlu), you can take the D 1 line at Changtu East Station to the school gate.
