References and acknowledgements cannot be generated because you put them in endnotes. The table of contents can only be generated in the body (including the title), and the solution is simple. What you need to do is to enter the word "reference" before the delimiter of the endnote, then leave a space, and then click "Insert"-"Delimiter"-"section break Type" and click "Next Page"-"OK", then "Thank you" will be automatically assigned to the next page. Then mark the references and acknowledgements with the first-level title, and then right-click "Update Directory" in the directory and select "Update Directory Content".
