Is it difficult to test the history of China's legal thought and the history of western legal thought by yourself? How many points can I get? Is the pass rate high?
I took both courses, not self-study. To tell you the truth, I think it is really a difficult course, because although it is written about "law", it is basically the history of the development of legislation in China and Europe. To put it bluntly, it is the philosophy of ancient and modern China, the thoughts of important philosophers about law in ancient Greece, medieval Europe and the Enlightenment. It is really two courses that are not recommended for self-study. If we get a score, because we were asked to write a thesis at that time, we can probably reach 80 points. If there is no particularly prominent point of view, 85 points will basically not be reached.
