1, mine track is divided into general line track and narrow track. When laying a general track, the ballast should be evenly distributed, and the thickness of embedded sleepers should meet the specified requirements; Sleeper spacing is reasonable, and the error does not exceed the limit; The track is straight or round, and the gauge meets the design requirements. Pavement joints are suspended; The curve segments are staggered. For specific implementation standards, please refer to General Track Laying Standards. When laying turnouts on general lines, it is required that the tip of the switch rail is close to the basic rail and must not jump; Screws, spikes, fasteners and gaskets are complete and in correct position; Switch, pull rod parts are complete, connected firmly, flexible and reliable. Please refer to the Standard for Laying Turnouts on General Lines for specific implementation standards.
2. When laying narrow-gauge tracks and turnouts underground, not only the general requirements for laying tracks and turnouts should be met, but also the special requirements for installing narrow-gauge tracks, such as fishplates, bolts, spring pads matched with track types, complete number of rope pulleys, flexible rotation, steel ropes not grinding sleepers and fasteners, and sliding pads attached to the bottom of tracks. For specific implementation standards, please refer to Standard for Laying Narrow Gauges, Standard for Laying Narrow Gauges and Standard for Laying General Tracks (taking 5m24kg/m track as an example). Rail: length ≥5m, rail gap ≤ 5 mm. Gauge: 600 square meters 5-2mm. After the service road is widened, it shall be no more than 5mm and no less than 2 mm.
