In order to meet the urgent needs of teaching reform and school development, our school regards the development of comprehensive practical activity curriculum as the support point of "building famous schools and cultivating characteristics", and puts forward the forward-looking education theory of "using and excavating endless social resources, carrying out the research on comprehensive practical activity curriculum that students are willing to accept, and making students become the most valuable" humanistic education ". Historically, the desktop teaching mode and the mandatory teaching content in the classroom have restricted teachers' open teaching thinking, while students have also followed the traditional indoor desk teaching mode, limiting children's technical ability to investigate, cooperate and obtain summarized information. Teachers' concept and experience are insufficient, and students' quality and present situation are worrying. According to the characteristics of the comprehensive practical activity course and the reality of our school, three research topics are determined for different age stages. Etiquette education, the origin and customs of Dragon Boat Festival, the development and utilization of coal gangue. Below, I will report to you on the implementation of the comprehensive practical activity course in our school from three aspects, and learn from and refer to all the experts and colleagues.
First, the mountain has its own passenger road, and the water has its own ferry-the development of comprehensive practical activity curriculum

"As far as the teacher can go, the school can go." The key to the development of the school is to establish a modern team of teachers who are good at both subject teaching and curriculum development, and have a sense of bold innovation and a strong sense of responsibility. Therefore, in the process of curriculum implementation, our first concern is teacher training.
1. Choose a teacher to put it into practice. At the beginning of school, the guidance office of our school conducted two activities aimed at teachers. One is to collect the comprehensive practical activity plan from all teachers, and the other is to introduce the exploration made by the original school in the field of comprehensive practical activity curriculum, and to talk about my own thinking on the comprehensive practical activity curriculum in combination with the work of the school. The purpose is to understand the concept, experience and basic quality of teachers' curriculum implementation. According to the results of the two activities, we identified Wang, Zhao Mengsen, Wang Jian and four teachers as the backbone of curriculum implementation and conducted key training. Whether we go out to study, attend classes or have practical experience, we try our best to create opportunities for them to study and exercise.
2. Guide teachers to correct their thinking. In the process of implementation, teachers will have various ideas that are not conducive to curriculum implementation, such as: fear of difficulties at the beginning of accepting tasks; The confusion at the beginning of implementation; Hesitation when it conflicts with traditional teaching methods ... Comprehensive practical activity course is a new course. There are no ready-made teaching plans, no specific teaching methods, and even reference materials are hard to find. Therefore, in order to have a good practical class, teachers have to use a lot of spare time to find information in their lives and look up information on the Internet. The energy and time spent are immeasurable. Undoubtedly, it is very troublesome and difficult to organize and guide students to carry out off-campus activities such as interviews, surveys and consulting professionals to complete each practical topic. For this reason, after we found the teachers' ideological problems, the school leaders did not rush to seek success and make accusations, but did in-depth and meticulous ideological work, put themselves in their shoes and analyzed their thoughts and doubts in detail, and studied teaching theory and updated educational concepts with teachers in a targeted manner.
3. Help teachers master methods. At first, the guidance office of our school came up with a general plan of comprehensive practical activities in the school for one semester, and then took the lead in organizing the instructors and lecturers of comprehensive practical courses in all grades to hold seminars to determine some topics of comprehensive practical activities in this semester, and worked out specific plans with the instructors to guide the concrete implementation of all grades. In the process of implementation, the comprehensive practical activities of all grades are supervised and guided by following classes, visiting students and consulting materials. Leaders and teachers discuss teaching rules together and improve teaching methods. Since the implementation of the comprehensive practical activity course for one year, the backbone teachers have gradually grown up in the course and formed their own teaching characteristics.

For example, according to the fact that our school is located in a rural environment and some parents have low cultural quality, we have determined etiquette education as a practical topic for lower grades.
