Undergraduate graduates who meet the conditions for conferring academic degrees may apply to the examiner's school that has lost the right to confer academic degrees within one year after graduation (more than one year after graduation), and the examiner's school will award corresponding degrees in accordance with the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Academic Degrees.

Different schools have different conditions for awarding degrees, but the basic requirements are as follows:

1. After studying and passing the political theory course specified in the examination plan, you can master the basic theory of Marxism and have the preliminary ability to analyze and understand problems by using Marxist positions, viewpoints and methods.

2. Pass the self-study examination, obtain all undergraduate course certificates, complete the graduation thesis and pass the thesis defense, and be granted graduation after examination, which shows that the candidates have really mastered the basic theory, professional knowledge and basic skills of the subject, and initially have the ability to engage in scientific research or undertake professional and technical work.

3. Candidates who apply for a bachelor's degree must have an average score of major courses that meet the requirements of the examiners' colleges, have a good graduation thesis and pass the degree English test.
