Are the hours and minutes of doctoral thesis written in Chinese?
Both will do.

Language requirements for doctoral and master's dissertations: 1, doctoral and master's dissertations (including students from China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) should generally adopt standardized simplified Chinese characters officially promulgated and implemented by the state (except ancient Chinese characters, traditional Chinese characters involved in linguistics, literature and history, and foreign documents cited in references), with English abstracts and keywords attached.

2. Dissertations for foreign language majors should be written in the language they have learned according to the actual discipline, with Chinese and English abstracts and keywords attached.

3. For non-foreign language majors, if they want to write their dissertations in foreign languages, they must obtain the approval of the degree evaluation sub-committee, and at the same time, they should be accompanied by a detailed Chinese abstract, of which the Chinese abstract of master's dissertations should not be less than 3,000 words, and the Chinese abstract of doctoral dissertations should not be less than 6,000 words. But there is no requirement for hours and minutes, as long as it is rough.
