C9 University: C9 Alliance, abbreviated as C9, is the first inter-school alliance in China, which was launched in June 2009. The members of the Alliance are the first batch of 985 key universities in China, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Nanjing University, Zhejiang University, China University of Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology and Xi Jiaotong University.

According to the Agreement on Cooperation and Exchange of Talents Training in First-class Universities, the "Nine Schools Alliance" will strengthen cooperation and exchange and make use of school resources. Its main contents are:

(1) Implement undergraduate exchange and postgraduate joint training.

(2) Jointly organize a series of summer schools to build an internationally renowned "C9" education brand.

(3) Joint research on textbook construction, teaching and teaching reform; Jointly establish and publish a catalogue of credit mutual recognition courses with excellent courses as the backbone; Establish a distance education platform for distance learning together.

(4) Establish a regular exchange mechanism for counterpart departments of personnel training, and exchange, learn and learn from each other.

(5) jointly cultivate young teachers' teaching ability and young tutors.

(6) Establish a special website of the nine-school cooperation alliance, and establish a mutual evaluation system for doctoral degrees of the nine-school paper network to improve the quality of doctoral education.

(7) Jointly organize various professional and social practice activities, such as joint field trip, joint production practice, joint design practice, joint social investigation, etc., mainly attended by undergraduates of the same major.

(8) Actively promote the reform of postgraduate training mechanism.
