Film Review of Papers on the Cliff
Paphiopedilum papyrifera belongs to the subtropical monsoon humid climate zone, which is born in the soil at the cliff or broken rock wall covered by forest. The soil layer is shallow, well drained and rich in organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Shaded environment, good growth, forest coverage rate > 0.8, occurs when the upper forest or larger habitat disappears on the ground due to direct sunlight. Perennial ground or semi-epiphytic plants. The underground stem of cruciferous flower is slender, densely grown and has asexual reproductive ability. After 3 years, it blooms, and after the flowering plant dies, it germinates in the shade of rhizome to prolong reproduction. It blooms in March-May, and its color becomes larger, with extremely low fruiting rate, which is very rare in the field.
